As a regular ordered of Wonton soup anywhere I go, this is the best, with super fresh dumplings and shredded pork. This tends to be a pre-Christmas tradition in my family. Was very delighted with much of our order. I had Mongolian beef, which isn't the best I've had for Chinese, but was full of veggies (a little too saucy). The pu pu platter had a variety of delish apps and the beef teriyaki was a standout. It's clear they have also gotten quite a name from their fried chicken, which is well cooked and seasoned. Their lo-mien is awesome and love that they have a white chicken meat offering; the veggie is also good. Some of the other dishes were average, but delightfully fresh, such as the General Tsao's Chicken (also white meat). We will be forever patrons.
Food was totally off. I'm serious maybe if you go in it would be different but don't get delivery I'm not trying to bash the workers because I'm blessed they are working in these hard times maybe because of how busy they were. But the food wasn't satisfying... Rice was dry and the egg role wasn't hot!!!!!
I’m pretty sick of the Chinese takeout places around New London, so I decided to order from First Wok tonight. I can only speak for my experience tonight, and the food was delivered fast, and everything was delicious! The ribs weren’t dripping with grease, they were meaty and flavorful. The pork fried rice was loaded with roast pork and the crab Rangoon was crispy. If their food is consistent, it will be my go-to Chinese from now on.

Food isn't the best. Rude service.
Ordered shrimp scallops with broccoli and they charge $16 but hardly give you any seafood. Literally 7 pieces of little marble sized scallops and 5 baby shrimp and big chunks of broccoli. Not worth the money. They rip you off.
Haven't b3enthere
Excellent buffet! So much to choose from....great choices too. If you want to have a very good dinner, this place is the place to go. Quiet, clean, and food is fabulous!
Food was diappointinv tasted off
I see many people leaving so-so reviews but as far as Chinese buffets go, it's darn good. The price is climbing which is a bummer but compared to any other Chinese buffet in southeastern Connecticut it is much better. They have lots of different food options including sushi. It would be great if they got a better brand of ice cream though. Not that tasty. If you go when it's a little busier the food is just-cooked and fresher. I also like to get their food to-go when I'm shopping and hungry. Where can you get a pound of food with vegetables for $5 - $6? Even a McDonald's meal is more than that and you can't get anything halfway good for you. Just love their green beans, mustard greens, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, shrimp, and salmon options.
