The staff were so nice and the store was so clean. The owner should fix the AC for his staff, they were melting in there today! But they were still smiling and friendly!
The one I went to on Sunday, I would never go there again, even if I was starving and had no coffee for 3 days. Very Very Rude. Outwardly Rude 2 everyone. Str8 ghetto. I stand on it.
I can always look forward to a delicious cup of coffee and a scrumptious breakfast sandwich.
This place is a hot mess. Only 2 good employees that work there and sadly, they were both off this morning when i went in. I stopped in for 2 coffees, a blueberry muffin and a cheese twist. Asked for it toasted, the girl that rang me up walked over and out it on the metal counter (not even on a piece of paper, i watched the girl make 5 sandwiches for the lady standing next to me. ( we were the only 2 in the building) she then started making all the orders on the screen for online ordering. I asked if she could please toast it as i was in a hurry, she said she only had one oven and had to go in the order of the screen. Mind you my cheese twist wasn’t kn her screen bc i had paid for it and it was grabbed from the donut trays. I finally told her i had ti get back to work so please just put it in the bag ans I’ll heat it in the microwave at work. All the while the manager was on her cell phone and couldn’t be bothered by even looking up. The customer service at this particular location SUCKS. To bad because it’s right down the street from my house ans now i have to drive to Waterford. Won’t be giving this place my money anymore. The higher ups really need to re-evaluate the managers here

Somehow the management seems to think catering to to go orders when 5 or more people are standing in line is acceptable. Complete clown show and very unprofessional.
Ordered coffee was given wrong creamer No greeting. First time there.
This place at noon on a Monday doesn’t have bagels!! Sesame only, that’s so disappointing and I asked for 3 slices of cheese and got like not even a full slice! Awful! And we ordered 2 orders of gas browns and only got one. Paid for 2 tho of course, worst experience ever at a dunkin
Got one of new fruit drinks in peach flavor. Was good. Too much ice because it diluted quickly. Rest of order was for family.
There are new people that work in this location food and drink are great professional customer service
