I went to order and got made fun of in the drive-through. This will be the last time I go to this Dunkin' donuts. I didn't pay my money to be made fun of at the window. I have been told by several people about the drive-through But I didn't want to believe them until today when I pulled up to the window and got made fun of. So thank you Dunkin' donuts on Coleman street I will not be coming back.
Always find a way to make it right and then wrong the next trip.
Have tried to give them multiple chances to get orders right, even ordered through the mobile app and still got the order wrong. I don't like to give bad reviews but it's very frustrating.
Young woman was extremely rude. Even after reciting my order, she told me to repeat it multiple times. Listening is a crucial part of customer service. Do better
Did a order online with the app for a decaf tea left and went to finish my errands kept smelling coffee took the lid off my tea and they put coffee with 2 tea bags in it. How does someone do that smh wouldn't have even gave 1 star
Understaffed. The girl who worked there looked she didn't even care what I was saying when I made my order
Worst dunkin in the area. Staff is 50/50 some are very friendly and on top of service, others couldn't careless and have no care for return business. Lots of burned food and poorly made drinks. Feel bad leaving a bad review for the people who actually care about their job but overall a thumbs way down.
I've upgraded my rating from a 2 star to a 4 star.... its a different crew at that dunkin now and the service is sooooo much better now!!!.....
Waited in line, once I got to the counter the cashier asked my order, I told her my order and then she started typing it in, got distracted, left the counter, came back looked very confused by some cash she had on counter, left AGAIN, came back with another employee and started issuing a return for the customer whose transaction was already complete. She never even took my order. I ended up leaving and going to a different location. Unprofessional, annoying, and not an efficient use of time. Was definitely just this employee and we usually have a great experience otherwise. 12/15/21 ~9am
I placed an order with the app. Hold up to the speaker and told them that I have an order with the app. I was told to pull forward. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes I finally get up to the window and I am told that they cannot make my food because they ran out of gloves. I then asked for a refund and was told that I have to contact customer service through the app. Customer service did respond to me and then went completely silent for more than a week at this point. I still have not received my refund. This is beyond ridiculous.
