You know, I always give good stars but this place, even when they are struggling, always do their job, and it gets confusing but they're always very good with the customers, at least my experience is when I go in there even when it's hectic and crazy they're always funny and nice and very sociable, thank you love you guys. #ROSESWHILETHEYHERE.
My coffee was so gross and the guy in the window was so rude! I had to go to another to get it done right :(

idk but they fell off bad ! customer service ZERO doesnt even exist , man coughing and handling money then wants to handle food with no gloves , giving people dirty lids to cups just very unprofessional very sad ! they used to be alright !

Line was long, ordered ham cheese melt, (good, relatively quick) grabbed 2 oj bottles, (simple) the issue.. ordered apple fritter Stood there 8 minutes with a moment way that I walked over to get melt, got cashiers attention, and reinformed that I had ordered fritter, long story short, left with coffee roll that he handed me... wake up your cashier. Sandwich station was busy but operating well, coffee crew, working hard. Drive thru, backed to road. Place was clean, line could go left to right would be my suggestion. (Currently goes door, straight, right and then people running into each other to collect orders, on the left, plus drink cooler is farther right of cashier.)
Clean, very good service, and courteous, friendly workers. Great coffee and muffins! My favorite is the French Vanilla coffee and blueberry muffins! Mmmm, delicious ?!
I went to get a bagel with extra cream cheese and butter on the 2 for 4 I'm 6 months pregnant I left the drive thru and walked in and asked the young guy at the register if they could fix it for me he was very nice polite and quick to handle my order he is the only reason I gave one star bc if not I wouldn't have rated it at all he brought my order and receipt to the man cooking the food and he said well you realize it's gonna melt the cream cheese is what he was referring to I didn't ask for a common sense lesson I asked for extra cream cheese I payed for just that he was rude he came back with new bangles and yes again no extra cream cheese massive amount of butter and he was rude an disrespectful and completely disregarded what I asked for and again made it his way I will never return to this location ever I hope no one does these workers are rude uneducated on simple instructions for making food I left and threw the bagels and coffee in your trash outside that's disgusting 20 order in the garbage like covid hasn't impacted us rediculous again the young Hispanic male at the register went above and beyond he's the best on your team
