I usually don't complain unless necessary, however when you pay for something and it's incorrect do not try and lie and tell me for an entire buffalo chicken sandwich they are weighing out the chicken portions, which I get ok cool, but that it equals out to the 2 - I inch pieces I got on the whole thing!! Very disappointed in that manager. Thank you for the $8 credit but that was after his comment of "Well I can't make you another sandwich". That I didn't ask for smh
Reluctant to post this, as Dominos pizzas are really good,but the pizza I ordered last evening was a disappointmentIt was cold when delivered, and crust tasted "old".As always, it was tasty, but I ended throwing it out. Not up to usual Dominos standards.
Worse one I've ordered from. Manger is rude and disrespectful. Does not care they messed up the order. Does not care about the customers. GET PIZZA SOMEWHERE ELSE. KEVIN the Manger needs to work on his people skills. From what I've read in reviews kevin shouldn't be a major, very unprofessional.
Pizza was delivered And it was dry and cold like they didn’t care it must have been sitting there for at least half hour so dry. I threw it away and ordered Chinese food. Thank you I’m not ordering from you again.
The Bank Street, New London, CT Dominos pizza location has really improved a ton. Orders are being prepared carefully and when there is a mistake, they do what it takes to fix it. Best value for takeout pizza in the area!
Delivery driver was fantastic! The girl who took my order, though. Terrible. Had to slowly read off my phone number several times. She spoke perfect English and still couldn't get it right. I asked her to simply duplicate the order (which she actually read back to me, perfectly. Still sent the wrong order.) Had to clarify phone numbers and address several times. Will absolutely ask to speak to someone else if she answers the phone next time. I unfortunately cannot say what her name was
The chicken pizza was cooked good. Pepperoni could have been better. For a commercial brand it is good but different Everytime. If the could get the consistency down, there would be no issue.
I enjoy the food great service. Customer service from being to the delivery outstanding. But when to the website and the 5.99 coupon it takes more time it saves. That may be the whole mission. If anyone have this problem please let me know. If not show me the correct way. Thank you
