This place was great the first time. Second time there was a new person , probably the owner in the restaurant. He was talking so much and to everyone. Impossible to have a conversation with the person u came with. No privacy to have a nice quite dinner. I overheard all the conversations he was having loudly from badmouthing other restaurants to what a tandoor is, and so many things I did not want to hear. May be some people might like over friendly staff etc, but this was too much..
My wife and I enjoyed a delicious lunch here, randomly stopping in on a long drive from out of town. The mixed grill was very good, and the sauces and naan were delicious! Highly recommend this place!
Best service you'll ever receive. The food was decent, tasted and cost about the same as other Indian restaurants I've been to. The service though... Phenomenal! Very kind, caring people.
The best Indian/middle eastern food I’ve ever had. Definitely get the kumfi dessert. You will not be disappointed. The owner is also very nice and knows what he’s doing. Will eat here again. And again.

The First Impression on entering the Bar and Restaurant upstairs: This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. So hospitable . Many Halal experiences are like walking into a family kitchen but you do not always want to dine with every family. Zaroka provides a welcoming atmosphere. The food is very good. Charcoal grilled lamb with great flavors, spicy and not. So filling but not over-bearing. Clean eating. Definitely recommend !
We have had some good dining experiences at Zaroka over the last few months (especially their Tandoor Chicken Wings are great). However, we were has some undercooked chicken in the mains that we ordered using doordash (Chicken Makhani). That sort of killed the overall experience of that one meal. But we pretty much will continue ordering from here because more often than not, the quality is spot on!
We hadn't been to Zaroka since pre pandemic days and were pleasantly surprised by the refreshed interior. It retained much of the elaborate carving from before but it is now enhanced with vibrant colors. The menu is quite extensive with everything meticulously prepared and artistically presented. Spiced dishes are prepared accordingly the diner's request. You'll be satisfied whether you are a "mild to none" or "intensely hot" affisianato. Wait service was always professional but we were pleased so see that it is now delivered in a warmer, more personable manner.
