I ordered a latte and the milk was boiling hot that i burned my tongue, it was too hot even after 10 minutes. If you know about latte, the milk shouldn't be too hot

Nice staff. Great coffee, and a variety of selections. Coffee supplies as well.

Picked up a steamed milk and sesame peanut butter bar. Good quality and good pricing. Just wish they had a larger selection for snacks.

Best place for brewed drip coffee and bagged beans in NHV. Great vibe with tons of plate glass windows. Pastries are excellent too! The only limiting factor on me spending every day there is that they don't have power outlets or a bathroom. If they did, they'd need to have a way bigger space because they'd be too popular — I think they're onto something.

The coffee here is delicious!I love their ground beans

I actually like the taste of the coffee served at these shops. Although this location serves it up with attitude, which I don’t care for. I ordered the same drink I always order, but this location charged me more for extra pumps of the flavor syrup, okay I’m intelligent I can follow that, but what I can’t follow is where they disregard my budget and cost analysis. I do add two pumps of flavor to my soy latte to take the edge off the unsweetened soy milk, but I also forgo a shot of espresso to reduce my coffee intake, but they don’t take that into consideration as a savings. Also, to all counter workers everywhere, you are not in private back rooms and normal healthy people can hear your banter about customers and their orders. please be considerate.

Oh man, here's a lesson in really bad customer service. I work directly across the street, and now that I've started working in the office again, I've been coming here every afternoon to help my mid-afternoon slump with some coffee (sometimes even their fancy $$ coffee drinks and/or a cookie too). When I order just regular coffee (from anywhere), I always request a medium coffee (because that's the amount of coffee I wish to drink) but in a large cup. I do this because I'm clumsy and want extra room in my cup rather than having it filled all the way to the top, where I'm guaranteed to spill it on myself. This hasn't ever been an issue before, nor should it be (at Willoughby's they fill your cup for you, so it's not like someone could "sneak" out more coffee if they got a bigger cup). But this afternoon I went in, tried to order my medium coffee in a large cup and was told that I couldn't have it unless I paid for a large coffee. Sooo... I guess whatever the price difference between a medium and a large cup of coffee is is worth not having a daily customer back. Completely unnecessarily stupid.

Love this place. Great to go options, pastries, and bulk tea/coffee. Very quality for the price.

Everything is always perfect. ?

Great coffee & the kids always enjoy the cookies. However, super disappointed that store could be so narrow minded and not allow a parent in with their children (all below the age of 13) due to only allowing 3 individuals in at a time. There was no other party in the store at the time but because we were 4 together, I had to have my oldest 2 wait outside. Yes, I could have gone to another establishment...but I enjoy the coffee & was really thrown off guard because Branford & Madison stores have never thrown my kids out. I did ask prior to heading in...just really disappointed.
