Absolutely horrible experience once again the store should just truly shut down horrible staff that never get anything right! Ordered the biggie bag Asked for baconator fries didn't get a fork so I guess I have to eat them with my hands like an animal no napkins no honey mustard for the nuggets asked for ranch for the fries didn't get either one of them. Just a terrible terrible customer service experience. I need to learn to stay away from this place hopefully it'll be closed down soon.
This Wendy’s is absolute TRASH the workers are complete jokes and could care less about their job. The customer service is horrible. They never have any change so please be aware and go with EXACT change. Not to mention if you order inside you have to wait 3 years just for someone to come to the register and cash you out. God forbid if you ask someone to cash you out, they will either look at you like you have 3 heads on your shoulders or curse you out. If I could give a lower rating I would.
Everytime I go there something is always wrong. I went there and asked for extra cheese sauce for my fries. They charged me but failed to mention they ran out, then had the nerve to get a attitude when I asked for my money back. It's either that or they can't serve food because every employee called out that day. This happened more than twice. If you don't want to show up for your shift then you shouldn't be working there at all. It's not fair that one person is there all by themselves and can't do their job because there's no teamwork whatsoever. Ridiculous
Excellent drive through experience. Food was ready and hot. Bathroom was clean but the soap dispenser sensor was not working well. And the secondary soap dispenser in the hallway was empty. If handwashing wasn't questionable I would give 4 stars. Staff was helpful and friendly. Decor was swanky. Nice outdoor sitting area.
I have to remember not to come back here just because it's close by. If I have to grab fast food, Wendy's is my fave, but the quality of food at this location is continually disappointing. The last time I ordered I chose a new offering because of having fried pickles on the sandwich and what I got was this incremental sludge swipe of just fried skin or something.
Horribly managed. Ordered ahead on the app, and when I arrived they didn't have any of the items on hand. The manager said it was my fault for not reading the sign that said the items were out even though I told him I ordered on the app so I couldn't have seen the sign. He said he couldn't refund me even though I left with nothing. Never had a good experience here, it's worth it to drive to the next location if you really want wendy's.
Absolute worst, most unorganized staff- drive thru was not ‘available’ so you had to go inside. My food tastes like it was sitting out for hours and they got my order wrong. So yeah, complete horrible experience.

I went there to pick up an online order and they made me wait for 40 min inside the store, without even telling me how long it was gonna take, I don’t recommend this unit, the other stores in east haven or Branford are way more convenient and welcoming.
