Ordered salads on Snackpass. Dressings, and at least one topping, were missing.
I ordered from DoorDash last night my Drink was missing I asked for a Salad they gave me a wrap and my original wrap looked like this I couldn’t eat it really disgusting the croutons were hard and stale . I called and the lady was very rude on the phone. I gladly got my whole money back
I have been ordering the TLSS for years and I've always been satisfied with the salads. Today, we ordered lunch at work and 2 of the five orders (create your own) were missing several toppings as well as the protein choices. We called and were told "it's human error, we're training new people" and a $13 refund was offered from a total of $87 spent. I can understand if toppings were unavailable in which case let the customer know and give the opportunity to select others but to not include them at all is unacceptable. Apparently no one is overseeing the "new people" and ensuring orders are correct. Completely disappointed. Will go elsewhere in the future.
I ordered on Snackpass on Saturday(10/9). They have great salads and Good portions but needs more attention.

Great salads, staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. So many options and combinations. Slowly becoming obsessed with them!
My wife loves their salads. Conveniently open a little later than other spots with good salads
Nice place clean, staff was very pleasant and courteous. I would definitely eat there again.

LOVE this place and they keep getting even better! Now they have shrimp and salmon to put on salad! YUM!
