Ordered 3 burritos and 2 5-layer burritos with no sour cream and over charged me again. The drive thru menu shows $3 each and got charged $3.59 each on receipt and never changed the prices on the menu for over a month. Asked to put the 2 5-layer burritos in separate bags and when I arrive on drive thru window, they put everything in same bag which was partial ripped at the bottom with sauce packets falling out. Worst is all had sour cream as I was figuring out what is what because none of the burritos were labeled. Try to return it and drive thru cashier had a blank look while on her cell yet manage to get my money back. Unprofessional, lazy, and very stingy on correct amount of ingredients on half full burritos. Never again going back. Gave too many chances and falling deaf ears on store manager.
very disappointing experience. ordered a beefy 5 layer with NO beans, EXTRA beef- was charged for the extra beef after asking at the order window two separate times as the first repeat back was incorrect. when picking up my food i asked again if it was made with the extra beef i was charged for on my receipt and they said it was made correctly as it was ON THE ORDER, but lo and behold, i paid $5 for a flour shell and a sliver of beef inside because yall either can't read or don’t want to follow directions. never visiting this location again.
So I go through drive thru. I ask no lettuce or tomatoes. What is so hard about this? And this is not the only time my whole order is completely done wrong. But if your food is done wrong it is a problem right. But my food is a laughing matter?
The only taco bell I eat at. Food is always fresh and staff is friendly. I drive across town even though I have one in my own town.
The service was terrible there were barely any customers in drive thru that would make the service on the inside slow, yet I waited 25 min. To get service the employees were more concerned about there conversation then helping the customers inside. I asked for the corp. Number the manager on duty just walked away like I didn't even exist. I will be calling Corp come Monday. I will go in on Saturday and speak with an on duty manager about the evening shift lack of customer service. I had to request a refund.
I just when to drive thrue and they didn’t have the order and they start arguing the little p cook started mouth with me mind you I didn’t said anything to him but he was running he’s mouth
DO NOT GO HERE !! They literally were empty gave me SH*t help & texted infront of me instead of taking my order . 10 pm 5/10 /22 . See picture below. shut this place down !
Picking up food in this Taco Bell is a nightmare and a patience test, whenever you order online they only start preparing your food when you get there. If the drive thru is busy, they will forget about you and make you wait forever.I understand everywhere is understaffed right now, but 30 minutes wait for an online that was supposed to be ready is very disrespectful.
Even though I love Taco Bell this location in particular was having a little mix up the day I went. What usually is an in and out process turned into an extensive wait for everyone that was there. It was a little inconvenient but due to fact that I live around the corner it wasn't that horrible for me. I just hope the next time I go the visit goes smoother.
3/27/22 I'm here for my uber eats picked and is been 17 minutes. 3 people told me it was almost ready. After the 4th time.I watched them take like 10 cars. Multiple people came in because of incomplete orders. I asked for a manager. I never completed but this is horrible
