Fast and friendly service. The staff are knowledgeable and competent. They made my off the menu coffee to perfection. As if I were to have done it my self. I love the atmosphere there. There was chaos all around with students everywhere talking, laughing etc. But when you grab your purchase and sit down to enjoy it, you'll notice that all fades to the background and you're at peace. Great place loved it
I understand this is a busy store but the lady behind the counter was extremely rude to not only me, but the two parties ahead of me. All three transactions were followed by her mocking or complaining to a coworker about the customers - in front of them!! Charlene do better girl- nobodies forcing you to work here.
I was so excited to get my birthday drink. It's the one time of year I get something Fancy from Starbucks instead of just cold brew or coffee. It was made wrong. Also they made it really early so by the time I got it, it wasn't hot and all of the foam and whipped cream and drizzle were gone. They took all the fun out of my fancy birthday drink.
How can you operate a coffee shop that opens at 8 AM? I can understand the need to limit hours but you should close earlier rather than opening later. I will not be a patron here anymore I can’t wait till 8 to start my day.
Got the hot chocolate here which was good. Also spent a few hours getting some work done here and had no issues. Good wifi and restrooms are available
$8.43 for a bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee is a bit steep don't get me wrong money isn't an issue but for a bagel and coffee usually $5 is the asking price so you're spending the extra $3 and change for a name and if you're okay spending extra just on the name brand then that's your prerogative not me though I probably won't be returning to Starbucks until another 3 years has gone by and I need coffee and a bagel on the whim
Five stars is a small Vietnamese market in Hartford, right next to walmart. While the surroundings are not the most glamorous, inside you'll find Hawaiian assortment of international goods, groceries, fruits, and an incredible authentic hot foods section. We go there regularly to buy banh mi, dim sum, and spring rolls.
Horrible barista and staff, they definitely need more training or just to get a grasp on their attitude or new personalities. Great location but with the attitudes and personalities of the barista/staff here, not even worth giving them another try. I agree with the majority of the reviews on here about how terrible the barista/staff here is and like many others - I’ve gone to many Starbucks and this one is the worst one yet bc of their employees. If they don’t want to have or give decent customer service then maybe they need to find a job elsewhere.
Ordered iced oat shaken espresso only filled to 3/4 of the cup and is 80% ice. Finished within a couple sips. It happened several times already. Unimaginable. Why don’t I ask them to remake? Because baristas basically treat customers as nonexistent and getting their attention takes a long time.
