Above and beyond what I was expecting. This is my family and i's new favorite place for burgers. We ordered online and were absolutely satisfied with our food. Fresh avocado- juicy burgers- perfectly melted cheese absolutely delicious. The avocado bacon burger was amazing, the double bacon cheese burger was so good we also got the shroom burger and it was delicious. Highly suggest going here.
Ordering was a breeze...I used the kiosk/ tablet. I was sent a text when my order was ready (10 minutes). Everything was nice and hot...The order was correct! The lines were not too long and the staff was awesome! They all had masks on. That is still important to me.Thanks Shake Shack!
I came to New Haven on a trip and immediately went to shake shack after hearing everyone rave about it. I was extremely disappointed with the food and service there. First off, the staff looked so unhappy to be serving. Understandably though since there was a long line, but the women taking my order was so rude to me. Basically threw the change into my hands and most of it fell to the ground. Then, when my food arrived, it first took forever, then I tried it and it was so horrible. The shake was not at all what I was expecting, the fries were very undercooked, and the chicken was nasty. It was so bad to the point where I was unable to finish my meal and had to throw 20 dollars worth of food in the garbage. I wont ever be going to shake shack again.

Oh dear, Shake Shack. What's going on?? I've been a fan before but this experience was TERRIBLE. Apathetic service on the till, glacial service in the kitchen and everywhere looked like it needed a very good clean. It wasn't busy but it still took 15 mins for a simple order to arrive. When it did it was missing the fries and the burgers were like hockey pucks. My wife had never been to Shake Shack before and I found myself apologizing for building it up. I doubt we'll bother going to another one now. Yet another chain that's lost control of their quality, service, brand and identity? Uggghhh.... next.
They messed up my very simple order 2 times! When I tried to grab the cashiers attention she ignored me and acted like I was invisible, will never be going back again.

Their service is slooooow. Its a nice atmosphere. You come in, place your order on a tablet, tap and pay. From what I saw it seemed difficult if you wanted to pay cash. Sat down and waited about 15 mins for a burger, fries, and milk shake
Their food is really good, their burgers and hot dogs.Fresh lettuce and tomatoes on the burgers and the bacon is crispy and tasteful. Love their bacon hot dog!!Their shakes are also really delicious. I went to shake shack yesterday 4/2/22 and i received a burnt burger and there was no ketchup available either. i was so disappointed because i had went to a different shake shack in new york, and i want to try this one out too. and i was highly disappointed.
