My first time and I am not impressed. I ordered through Snackpass and I received the wrong soda, no sour cream and the taco beef was barely seasoned.
The staff are very friendly and focused on what the customer wants. Desserts were awesome too..best brownie I ever ate!
I love salsa Fresca as a whole hence the 2 stars but the new haven location just sucks. They always give smaller portions than the other locations but today my bowl was severely under filled. The rice didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. I would suggest going to another location like Danbury because the bowl I got was no where near worth 10 dollars.
Very tasty fresh food, better than Chipotle in my opinion. They have a food allergy chart showing which of the most common allergens appear in each item - extremely helpful.
The food is not authentic Mexican, and the service wasn't to my standards. Not very friendly and they have a tablet screen connected to the credit card equipment, asking if you want to leave a tip in very large font. They make sure that you won't miss the option to tip their lack of service.
I ordered a chicken bowl today and a soda for delivery through grubhub. They never gave the delivery guy my soda and the bowl was gross. No flavor. All the sauces and salsa on there and it was so bland. The worst thing is the chicken was definitely old because it was hard. Just disgusting. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered 2 burito bowls from them to be delivered and all I received was a bag of chips and salsa!!! When I called they said that they were still waiting for the driver. After I informed them that the driver had already been there and delivered to me the chips and salsa they told me I could come and pick it up. I'm at work! I ordered delivery for a reason! $28 dollar chips and salsa... and I'm still hungry!
I will never eat here again. I ordered a burrito and the person making my order kept getting it wrong. I ordered a drink too and the suga fountain was disgusting. Their were fruit flies EVERYWHERE around the machine. It was disgusting. When i ate my burrito the rice was hard and not tasty the brand were not flavorful and i did not enjoy any part of this experienced.
Delicious! Chipotle/Moe's have NOTHING on Salsa Fresca!
