Every time I order from here through Uber eats they cancel my order it’s happened 3 times already!!!!!!!

This could be the best salad bar I've been to in a long, long time. Veggies are beyond fresh-they're like farm fresh! Seriously, I can't say enough about how good this place is. The topping options are too many to list, same with the various lettuce blends and house-made dressings you can choose from. The meat and tofu options, which as a veggie loving purist I usually just skip, are just too tasty to pass up up. All this would be enough to make it a world class salad shop but what puts it over the top is the staff-maybe the kindest, most accommodating staff I've encountered in any restaurant. A young gentleman named Matt is easily the best of them all. I came in one day and they'd just run out of one of my favorite ingredients, but rather than asking me to choose something else, Matt graciously offered to go into the back and prepare more from scratch - right on the spot. #soveryimpressed!
Food quality is great. Tasty salads with great dressings and great ingredient choice. The problem, at least at the Norwalk location, is that the order is almost always wrong. One time I ordered 2 salads and only 1 arrived. Today (2nd time in a row) my order arrived with no croutons and no fork after I specifically put in the comments that I need a fork. Should I eat the salad with my hands?
As a vegetarian, I really wish there were proteins aside from just tofu available. Seitan tenders would be amazing on a salad, or even a broken up veggie patty would be great. Aside from that -- pretty decent place to get salad!
Have ordered from here a few times. I enjoy their salads. My one complaint however is that they are not very generous with their protein. Every salad I've received has been a decent size but has only had about 6-8 very tiny pieces of diced chicken. Not a deal breaker but just something to keep in mind when ordering.
I found you guys 2 days ago. And I will say I am obsessed this is my 3rd salad in 2 days!
This is my second time ordering, the salads are fresh and taste great, however they do not read instructions when you order. I got two salads and ordered extra dressing and specified that the dressing be on the side. I got one small container of dressing for two fairly large salads. I also asked for utensils and received none. Very disappointing
I tried giving it a go from Uber as I always look at them online. So I got two green apple salads, and very simply asked for no blue cheese or almonds as I am allergic. And $25 later I have to throw these salads out. First time ordering won't be back.
I was so happy to find a place in Middletown offering a wide selection of salads. I ordered the Cali Cobb with chicken and bacon on my lunch break and was totally disappointed! When I opened it, it was basically all lettuce, which by the way looked on the older side since some pieces were browning. There was NO avocado, NO croutons but about 6-8 crouton sized bites of chicken, a half an egg and a couple miniscule pieces of bacon bits. I paid $14.16 for basically old lettuce and needless to say I was hungry the rest of my work day. I wanted to love this place so badly.
