Chicken sandwich( spicy) was moist and delicious. Cajun rice tasty but dry. Overall id say go with the red beans and rice as a better choice. Diet root beer as the drink was good.
Got home didn't have the right side or my drink had to go all the way back. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience
This place is the best Popeyes! They are so friendly and have proper etiquette. They greeted me at the register with big smiles and we shared genuine laughter. They are so welcoming and hardworking! I recommended them any day !
Ordered popcorn shrimp. Got just a box of crunchy crust. Not a shrink to be found. Waited forever at the drive thru. Poor customer service
I went in this location for the first time, manager and another gentleman was very nice and kind, very very helpful, I will definitely be returning and will recommend my friends and family to come to this location in New haven
I find that the chicken is quite good when it's fresh. The one thing about this establishment is the quality of the employees. Every time I've been here, the help has been less than helpful, but actually annoyed. I interrupted their day while on their cell phone.

All of you that gave this place 4 stars, stop it!! Just left here, no napkins,drinks 3/4 of the way full, didn't give us the sauces we asked for...they actually didnt give us any at all. To top it off, they were out of EVERYTHING, including honey lol. No seriously, they were out of honey. Never will go back here. Oh the apple pie were good ?
This is the most poorly ran establishment I've been to on Rt80... on multiple occasions I've ordered my food and have gotten it all wrong. The attendant was yelling at an employee this time and after paying cash she informed me that they didn't have change so I let them have the change. This place needs new management... I'm not going back.
