Very distinctive ice cream with inventive flavors. Pretty expensive as far as ice cream goes, and in my mind only some of the flavors I've tried have been worth paying (and waiting) for. The blue cookie butter flavor is THE best!

Stopped in on the way back from New York City. My girlfriend got some toasted almond kind of cone and I got the Vietnamese coffee. The ice cream was really, really good. And the fact that it all soaks into the warm bubble cone makes that a treat! Definitely 11 out of 10 will be back soon.

Definitely worth a visit! The ice cream is very... creamy, but light, perhaps thanks to the nitrogen-based cooling process. Which by the way is very entertaining to watch!Their signature chocolate flavor is too sweet for my taste; I'm a dark chocolate person, sorry. But I loved their almond butter and sea salt caramel flavors!

Yummy flavors and the store smells so good as soon as you walk in the door. Really enjoyed this ice cream shop. Dog friendly.

Mmmmm ??Delicious but priceyI tried the milk & cereal topped with homemade caramel with the bubble waffle

Very expensive but very cool to see them make the ice cream in front of you! The ice cream in the picture is the S'mores flavored one. The toppings were included with the flavor I didn't have to add them on! 4 stars instead of 5 because if it is busy the wait time is long since this location appears to be understaffed and then actually making the ice cream to order is a lengthy process. While it is expensive the scoops are very large. Also!! be warned the blue cookie ice cream flavor will stain your teeth and mouth!!!! Only comes out when you thoroughly brush teeth and wash face lol. Don't get it before a meeting ;)

The ice creme was delicious & the waffle cone.. Must try... Alil pricey but it's a big portion

We take ice cream seriously in our family and so remain wary of variations to some of our favorite flavors. Milkcraft is known for their unusual pairings, so we figured we would bravely give them a try. My daughter was already accustomed to their blue butter flavor ice cream but decided to have it with a toasted marshmallow on top at the attendants suggestion. She was extremely pleased with the topping and has vowed never to go back… I chose the salty caramel ice cream which was served with popcorn on top and drizzled caramel. I usually turn my nose up to anything that interrupts the creamy goodness of ice cream such as a crunchy topping. I freely admit that the unusual addition of Carmel-coated popcorn to my flavor choice was absolutely spectacular. No regrets, and worth every penny of the almost 8 dollars the regular dish cost me. Who knew?

I've NEVER had an ice cream experience like this one! It's art meets science in a joyful set of ice cream and pastry concoctions that sated every aspect of my sweet tooth! If you're in New Haven, CT, you MUST save room for this brilliantly crafted ice cream haven!

Fun spots with lots of original takes on ice cream flavours, ice cream making, and ice cream presentation. Not a light on calories though, but if you’re here that’s not what you’re worried about very fun for kids and adults alike.
