Whoever identified as the “store manager” on 7/27 around 4:45pm was unfortunately rude to me. I understand you all are working as hard as you can, but please don’t lose your customer service skills in treating people right. This kind of thing is just disappointing. I would love to change my review if things improve.
The interior design and seating is very modern but it is very dirty everywhere and seats are worn. We stopped here on a road trip to use the bathroom and get a quick dinner. The women’s bathroom was gross and the sink water was scalding with no way to adjust the temperature. I had young kids with me so it was a problem.
The Best McDonald's in this state. The managers are great they always remember their regular customers and I appreciate that.
I only purchased a milkshake after that service. I should have left without THAT. I will risk it and go to a gas station next time if need be. I now remember why I said never to go back there. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I got a quarter pounder deluxe and it was literally raw inside. Thankfully I was sitting down to eat and noticed and didn't get all the way home and then found out. Got my refund but still completely grossed out especially since another customer complained of the same problem with their burger

I swear dont matter wat time or day i come to this MC donalds the GM is always there working seven days a week day 12 to 15 hours a day morning day i have a freind that knows her and tells me she haves 2 brain anerisms and she is over worked and under payed she dosent have no time off to really rest or spend time with her family and she dont get payed for working all them hours and days, i think the owner's or supervisors should have a heart but they dont care as long as they making money and she is a very nice person her name is Carmen GB her!!!Theres a blizzard today i went to get a coffe this morning at 5 am is 9 pm and she still there because everybody called out and they wont let her shut down till morning she working a 24 hour shift and for a person with anerisms thats not rite!!SMFH
