Went to drive thru worker claim to be manager, standing there scratching his head for a good 30 to 40 seconds ask him please don't touch my food our bag, he made it like I said something wrong, didn't get all my food, everyone looking like no one knows nothing, ver poor customer service I will never go back thereAnd I wanted my money back he said where's your receiptVery bad experience
This location has to be one of the worst in Connecticut. How do you expect to make more money if you cant even put the food in the bag and just hand people a large coke in a giant bag?! You French Fry Freds and Burger Billys need to get your jobs right before complaining about pay rates. Not to mention how rude and dirty this location is it just makes for an overall bad experience. 1 out of 10, would not even send my worst enemy here.
Really bad experience traveling stop to get something quick to eat and use the restrooms for my wife and kids kids guess what no toilet paper at all woman or mens i went to spoke with Maria supposedly the manager talking to me rude and telling me why I stop in that place for used I think is time for a new manager with better actitud this place is not good
very unprofessional and inconsiderate I sat in the line for 44 minutes and when I got to the drive thru window they told me they are only accepting door dash and Uber orders and that I could not place one , mind you it’s a 24 hour McDonalds this is a major inconvenience and completely unacceptable and I’m pretty sure corporate knows nothing about them saying that you can’t order food they’re only taking DoorDash and Uber orders very unsatisfied and I’ll never be back again.

My food was cold and there’s was a hair on it I will never be going there again one of the girls there I over heard them saying thereCockroaches there and there was one on the food I can’t believe this I’m reporting the store and the girls constantly touching there hair they don’t where gloves are wash there hands what the hell how can ya even eat from there
My food was very hot...I used a promos coupon for an additional free fish sandwich..The Manager on duty was great..
Nice Atmosphere. Newly renovation doesn't have the discounts like the other franchises unfortunately.
1 star? They get zero. Worst service and place in new haven! Always slow. Rude. Incompetent. They close in the middle of the day. And never get it right anyways! It’s just purely awfully a waste of time energy and money. Rt 8 got it all right around the corner
I usually come here it’s overall 1 star. The place ghetto and they always mess up my orders. Customer service isn’t good at all
