Tbh the lines are too long and I don’t got patience so please don’t come to this establishment to avoid the long lines also I may have seen some rats , and snakes…
Although it was very busy I was able to get my order reasonably fast.
I visited on 07/06/22 @ 4:46pm and placed an order through drive thru. The employee, Sidel (KS#13) was very rude and unprofessional taking my drive thru order. Once I got to the window, he talked very slow and his voice was extremely low where I couldn't hear what he was saying. He seemed very annoyed and aggravated when I'd asked him to repeat my order. He also charged me an extra 30 cents for sauce that I did not want nor asked for.In addition to the poor customer service and long drive thru lines, I saw rats roaming around the premises. I will NOT eat here ever again or any other franchise for that matter! Disgusting.
Terrible service the manager was so rude and as a McDonald’s worker myself this painted us in a bad light we were yelled at for asking for things we paid for. For example I paid for extra caramel so that means the will be caramel around the inside of the cup there was none I was told I would have to pay extra after I showed her my receipt to prove I did pay she threw my drink back at me and said pay again. Food was made very sloppily and chicken was greasy and soggy
Every student at UNh visits McD . It's good and the people are friendly.

I had no problems with my order, but the area is very sketchy at night.
Asked for receipt and you think I asked for gold no one understood what I wanted tried to give me more food unbelievably and the one young lady that helped had to go back to the original person that I asked in the first place, could of all been avoided if only that person understood what I had asked for.
Grab something to eat on my way to Overtime Work. Drive thru very fast and professional... Awesome job
I really like the place. I usually order a strawberry smoothie but lately when I order it they always give me a strawberry Milkshake instead of a smoothie this has been happening since I believe last month. I feel like it's a waste of my money getting something that I didn't order
