Very rude customer service! I called to place an order for a large size grilled chicken salad , and 3 different people have to answer the call.l for a simple order. And in the background they’re speaking some kind of foreign language. Which I don’t mind. Then a different one takes the call to ask me for my card number, when I tell him I thought they were getting it upon delivery, he hung up on me, didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence. Would never recommend or order from here again.

Ordered a BLT , it came in a thousands pieces of bacon almost like it’s bacon bits , the bacon bits were burnt to to crisp , I was at work and really hungry and had to spend 19.00 on this garbage , I do not recommend this place , everytime we order the food is nasty ! Gave them too many chances !

This is now.I changed my rating from one star to five stars because the customer service is getting much better. Phone conversations are more pleasant. I no longer feel like I'm bothering them when I call. Keep up the good work.That was then.The worst customer experience I've experienced in a long time. I'm not sure what's going on with Liberty Piizza but it tells me there is intenal problems. I hope for safety's sake it does not affect the food quality too. Whoever is working the phone should not be in this position.
