This is my go to for Jamerican food in New Haven. I can't eat everybodies jamaican food but this is the real deal for me. Of other places I have attempted to try this is the best and I won't go anywhere else in the area.The plantain is always perfectly ripe and my jerk chicken is just right.The soup will have you feeling brand new by the very next day if you feeling under the weather.They now have out door seating so you can enjoy the weather while you eat a delicious meal.Did I mention how good the soup is?This is a great place for dining in and enjoying a nice authentic meal.check out!
We tried this restaurant for the first time and ordered the snapper dinner. It was delicious! It was cooked down nicely and tasted just like the snapper fried crispy that I had in Port Antonio, Jamaica ??! We will be returning!
I was in Connecticut looking for some Jamaican food to eat, We came across kool breeze Jamaican Cuisine. We had curry goat and white rice, the food was delicious. The owner took the time out to greet us ,she was really nice to us!
This place is super clean, the staff warm and clean. The food was great, I had the oxtail and mi general have the curry goat .5 stars all the way.
The jerk shrimp meal was insanely delicious!! I got takeout but I LOVED the food. Spicy and sweet - I’ll definitely order again
I tried to order over the phone. I said I wanted to come and pay in cash. They refused to take my order. I drove in and placed my order. When I tried to get the attention of the young lady that took my order she just walked past the door. I stepped into the kitchen to ask for some extra gravy on mu rice & peas. OMG you would have thought I was trying to bust up the place the way I got yelled at. I received my order and left. Back at my office I opened the food container. There were 5 pieces of Oxtail in the package that were very dry and overcooked, two small pieces of plantain and rice & Peas. For what they charged, I thought I was robbed. When I asked how much the Oxtail was I was told 23 dollars. The board read 21 dollars. Even at 21bucks, it was still way to much for what they gave me.I will not return!
Ordered catering for my offices lunch and it was delicious! Would definitely order again it was a big hit with everyone.
Delicious food! I haven't been there in person as I have it delivered, but the food and dessert is always delicious and flavorful. It's great to have access to food with good flavor.

I got take out tonight from Kool Breeze and it was excellent! My son and I had jerk chicken and my husband had the red snapper and everything was delicious. The jerk chicken was spicy but not too spicy for us (we like spicy stuff!) and the snapper was delicious and prepared beautifully. I can’t wait to return!!
