I ordered from these ppl about 5 times. The last 3 times the general chicken was so bad and chewy and old idk if it was chicken. You probably ask why I kept getting it. Because I'm poor and I have no choice. However, I believe that's why they did it. I feel bad all the Chinese restaurants are leaving but in terrified it wasnt even chicken and I'll be trying to digest this b.s. my whole life to no avail. Who are they to steal my only hope at a flatt stomach in life. They dont know me, or my aspirations. She said her name was Jenny. I asked for a refund and has laughed. I beg u. Dont eat here. They also inflate prices, like everyone serving food to the poor, More. I beg some to serve fair and clean food to poor ppl in new haven. We pay higher prices for rotten food and most of the time these business seem to blame the customers for why they are over pricing for inedible rotten food. I been threw this game with a couple other Chinese restaurants and from what I gather, it's a game to them. It's got nothing to do with money or product availability. It's got to do with commitment. Committment to buy whatever they sell for whatever the price. So. Duck em. We dont have anymore Chinese food in the hood anymore, fine. The corner store thinks they got the money to wait us out, let them. But please. Someone. Someone come to New Haven and sell clean good food to new haven. Strip us of being a slave to these business name the represent abuse and degragation. Cause it's my birthday.
I have waiting for my food two hours. I was promised hot food and delivered cold. The fried rice is mushy and Kung POW chicken is just rubbery meat ima gonna assume it is chicken. Worst part of it all it is cold as the service I received

Just really deserves zero but I needed to put one star to submit this review one of the worst Chinese food spot I ever eat from burnt rice and burnt eggrolls I called for my food to be remade and she was very rude wanted me to come in instead and I live far so that defeat the purpose of delivery so that was very inconvenient for me I would not recommend there food
This place is disgusting I waited over an hour for my order after spelling out my address and still they delivered somewhere else and tried to blame me I would never recommend this place EVER!

Took about 2 hours for our food to arrive. Call about 7 time and most of the call were ignored. We ordered chicken gizzards and boneless spare ribs and they were burnt and hard and the rice was really dry. Do not recommend to order food from this place
