The cookies were amazing but the staff was terrible and the tallest man gave every person in line a HUGE attitude to the point where I wont come back. 4 people in front of me made comments as they were leaving about his terrible attitude.
Driven by a IC crazy time n finally decided to pull up and snag a few dingers. Tried a few flaves and tbh they arent half bhad....if you cut the sugar in half I would be about em even more. But this place is always open and they got a variety so that trumps most lol. Def will try others no question haha.
This is a great late-night venue to satisfy a sweet tooth! There are tons of cookies and cookie-adjacent items for sale, and they even have a vegan birthday cake cookie which I personally ordered! The menu items are reasonably priced! Beware of a possible long line at night, as this is a very popular spot on the weekends!
Great location, great service, fresh cookies always. I normally order the 12-cookies and the 6-cookies boxes, for work events. They can even wrap each cookie in paper bags, which makes it more comfortable for people to take their cookies. Their catering services are also great!
They renovated recently so there's much more room and they got a new register system. Great staff, great cookies, and open past midnight! The hidden jewel of New Haven's dessert scene!
I work at the hospital and we get late night delivery all the time- love their flavors and cookies are always excellent.After a night out in new haven, it’s also sooo good.

Cookies were delicious! However, they need better staff. The woman at the register didn’t even give my husband and I a proper greeting. She was pretty much rushing us throughout the whole process and even overcharged us for something we did not order. You would think for first timers here, she would’ve recognized that and made it less stressful. We ended up paying a total of $35.69 + $8.00 for parking. This place isn’t worth going to all the time and for that price, we could’ve brought our own ingredients to make homemade cookies at home.
I love that I can get warm cookies on demand in New Haven! My only qualm is that the edge of the cookie is a bit dry. It was a shame that they ran out of the triple chocolate cookies ? because clearly that's the best one! Looking forward to trying it next time. I ended up going with peanut butter cup (not my fave), oatmeal chocolate chip (needed more chocolate) and caramel (delicious). When you're craving cookies, this place will hit the spot!
Cookies were warm and delicious. Nice variety of cookies, and a selection of vegan as well. So happy the line wasn't that long, but that could be because it was Sunday. Parking can be a challenge, but their cookies are worth it. Definitely will be returning ?
