I got tandoor chicken tikka and it was really flavorful with tender chicken. The tandoori sauce was just spicy enough. The samosas were also spiced and fried perfectly. And the garlic naan is some of the best I’ve had. It was cooked airy and fluffy. Their cocktails are also good (and only $9 during happy hour). My waiter kept checking if I needed anything even as the restaurant got busier, which was really appreciated!

Decent restaurant in New Haven. They have good options for appetizers and main course. Loved their chicken tikka masala (asked for spicy) with garlic naan.

Delicious food...great service

Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. I’m a regular customer, and I’ve noticed that the restaurant is short staffed recently. The current servers are doing so much to keep the establishment running smoothly.. You wouldn’t notice from the top notch service, but looking around I can only imagine how stressed they must be. Hopefully more servers are hired, and the existing staff definitely deserves a raise.

In the middle of a cold snap, this restaurant is a welcome oasis. People braved extreme temps to come here and it was easy to see why. The decor is cool - a front faring of a motor scooter greets you at the door. The rest of the place is hip and modern. Nice music and a full bar can get the evening started. For an appetizer, they have chaats, street food served in India, per their menu. We chose the eggplant version and could've had that all night. Thin-sliced, fried and seasoned with herbs. We both had chicken tikka masala, one spicier than the other, and both were spot on with lots of sauce and rice on the side. We were warmed up in no time. Friendly service and a really and inviting atmosphere make this a must-go-to in New Haven.

Im a officially a fan of this place. Cant wait to come back and eat even more. Genuinely VERY good food.Follow @sipsandsizzles on Instagram for more content.

Great Indian Food at a Great Price. Hard to beat the buffet. I have been coming here for several years now. Everything is warm and clean. You can get up and serve yourself for the lunch buffet, though it is expected that you finish everything on your plate before you go back for more. Make sure to bring loose-fitting pants!

yummy. native fizz cocktail was delicious. Potato naan is a comfort food. Bf still in food coma pray 4 him

House of Naan never fails to deliver outstanding food and service whenever we eat in or out. Consistency is key within the restaurant world, and House of Naan has it nailed. Whether on a free or more restricted diet, this extravaganza of a spot will make certain to double check ingredients and modify certain dishes to accommodate your needs.

Get the naan!! It was delicious, and the sweet naan was our favorite.
