The absolute best jalapeno margarita I have ever come across! Good menu variety and all plates were yummy. Our service at the outdoor bar was the best part, hope to catch him everytime we go. Also, you have to get the table-side guac, it's made to your specifications right at your table and is phenomenal!
I was actually on my way to another place for dinner, but the energy from the patio caught my attention. The menu looked very appealing, so I took a chance. The chips and salsa were a great starter. The salsa was fresh and very flavorful. I decided on the smoked chicken tacos with a side of guacamole and some Mexican street corn. The guacamole was also made fresh and was packed with flavor. Could have eaten a dinner of just that. The corn was amazing. Liked the crunch from the crushed seasoned chips they sprinkled on top. The smoked chicken in the tacos was perfect. I was not a fan of the tortillas they used for the tacos. They were difficult to use for tacos as they were really thick. They also had a flavor that was personally unappealing, but that's just my taste. All in all, I was glad I changed my plans. It was a great meal. The server, Kyle, was very attentive and checked in often. I would certainly enjoy coming back to try more of the menu.
Unbelievably delicious food! Being from southern CO but with family in the northern NM region, visiting this restaurant on an East Coast was amazing. SW cooking is hit or miss on the east coast, but this was a grand slam. The drinks were on point, and the food was mouth watering. We couldn’t stop eating and neither could the kids. They had the ribs, mac and cheese “best ever,” and corn on the cob. The flavors were fantastic. We also got the guacamole, nachos, and the navajo fry bread. Everything was made perfectly. The staff was so friendly and the decor was beautiful. If we ever have another reason to go to CT, we will make our way here. We spotted the Mixed Grill Molcajete for Two from across the way and wished we had ordered it, too. Definitely did not disappoint.
I visited this bar for the first time last Saturday night with my daughter. We had a really great experience! The place has a great vibe from the way it was decorated, to the layout of the bar and the tables for dining, to the friendliness of the staff. It was very busy but we were made to feel welcome immediately and offered help with finding a place to sit. The bar staff did a phenomenal job with making sure we were served quickly. as well as taking very good care of all the other customers at the bar. We will definitely be back again and next time will order from the menu as the food we saw looked delicious.
This is my third time going and I have yet to have a bad experience. As it is about an hour away it's usually a destination stop when we are in New Haven.I can absolutely recommend the Navajo flatbread and we have yet to have a bad drink.
I enjoyed dinner here with my husband and our parents. Our server was amazing and attentive! He supplied us with paper menus rather than scanning the QR code (which our parents appreciated). The atmosphere was fun, the margaritas were delicious, and the table side guacamole and chips were the best we’ve ever had. Highly suggest!
Best quac ever! Bar none. Had it with the Applewood smoked bacon and roasted corn. Unreal!
Such a great experience and such a relaxed vibe inside. Dim lights, great music, amazing servers, just an overall pleasant atmosphere. Food was delicious had a chicken quesadilla and the carnitas nachos! Geronimo margaritas and some beers. Definitely will come back again. We were a large party so we did make a reservation before hand but it did fill up for dinner so probably reservations would help. There is a person who walks around to make the guacamole in front of you but we did not have any so i can’t comment further on that except that it looked cool and delicious. It does say to wear a mask to enter building and servers are wearing masks as well. It was very clean. A little pricey but not the worst for the servings and the amount of food you are getting. Once again I will be going back so definitely go try it because you’ll be saying the same thing too! Thank you!
Perfect experience! Great ambiance, food, drinks, music, and lighting, tables and floors very clean. Food and drinks came out mindfully. Zero complaints.
Food was tasty, but portions are tiny. I ordered grilled shrimp tacos to go. It was $15. Why did I get so little food? I got what’s in the picture, plus three small tortillas. If you look in the bottom left of the pic, you’ll see the tiny piece of romaine I got lol.Again the food was very tasty, but c’mon, you can’t charge $15 and skimp on everything including lettuce lol
