The service was not great.. I waited 45 minutes for just a salad. And the salad wasn't great. The decor was really neat and the rubber ducky drinks were great.
Food was just ok. Even with reservations it took over 30 minutes to order. Another 30 minutes to get drinks and an hour to get food. All drinks are served warm with no ice. And again it was just ok. Not worth the wait. Open bathrooms to the restaurant was a little weird and creepy as well.
Went here for the first time last night. The food was great! Especially the peanut butter pie! Unfortunately my boyfriend and I will not be returning. The place was entirely too loud and the service was terrible in terms of the waits. We had a 6:30 reservation but didn't get seated until 6:55. It took forever for our waitress to come over and then we waited a super long time for each of our courses to arrive. It seems that they forgot about us entirely when it came to bringing us our desserts!
Very underwhelming really, I was hyped after reading great reviews about the place but was highly disappointed. The food was rather tasteless and had no flavour. The steak tasted bland and the cocktail tasted like watered down cranberry juice. The ambiance is nice but basic. Prices are ok and portions are quite large.
Food was just ok. Ordered a drink that did not come out until all of the food was already out.
The rubber ducky was delicious. Staff was friendly. The only issue I had was the smoke from next door. As a former smoke the smell turned my stomach.
Such good food and great atmosphere
Borderline criminal entrapment racket. the place has a rule against wearing hoodies and will kick you out for wearing one, but charges $5 dollars for a coat check to hold your hoodie while you're there. t-shirts, crew necks, quarter zips are ostensibly permissable. they direct you to leave your sweatshirt at a coat check (although what they don't tell you, is that you can choose to hold it). otherwise a good spot and a fun time, but I can't support this unscrupulous, exploitative business practice.
Nice drinks, great ambient. Great sandwiches but Steak Sandwich I don't recommend, it's hard to chew. Besides that everything great.
My friend and I kicked off repeal day here and it was such a fun night. I loved the gin drink that was featured and will have to come back to try more of their drinks and food items. It’s a smaller ish space, I was kind of surprised because I thought it was bigger than it was.
