Use to be one of my go to place in East Rock. The bagel are fine and original, good taste but unfortunately the customer experience is not enjoyable at all: long wait for 2 bagels even when the cafe is not busy. The staff is having conversation between themselves instead of tending to their customers needs …This post is the results of multiple visits this past 10 days. Unfortunately I won’t go back.

Made me wait outside in the cold because i forgot a mask. This was after one guy offered me a mask (he was cool), I said sure and he came back and said don't worry about it. After they took my money, another guy made me wait outside in 15 degree weather, absolutely rude
