I’m so mad I was stuck in drive thru for 20 minutes. Stuck because once you’re in drive thru you can leave until it’s your turn. This is the 2nd time that happened to me in this location…never again!!!
This location understands the assignment. They have a system to keep the lines moving. The other locations should take notes.
One week ago;We thought they were closed!! We drive up to the window only to see a young man running away from the drive-thru window up to two other guys laughing. They then had the audacity to pretend we were invisible. My husband goes inside, the guys fall silent, stare and do nothing. A young lady explains the donuts on display(not in encasing) are all they have. Waving away the flies. We got the heck outta there. Just because it's in a predominantly low-income neighborhood, doesn't mean all the people close, around or near you deserve low quality food and service. Choose better management and staffing before their carelessness leads to much, much worse. Show these folks you care about your business!!
Staff to focused on drive thru to do their job. Stood there for 5 minutes, at register. Had to take off, got places to be.
Everytime I got here I'm always waiting 20+ mins whitlle the cashier's just sit around gossiping they need better workers.
I have been there 3 times and all 3 times it took 2o minutes not even joking, with 1 person in front of me, everyone is super slow. I won't be going back.
if you wanna wait 30 plus minutes for a coffee then this is the place for you. Staff literally just sits and chills while the line wraps around the building. The lady at the window asked me what my order was 3 times….. like it’s just a 1 coffee. This is the worst dunkin in new haven. I never leave reviews but this one needed it.
Drive-thru worker was real nice to me today I wish you guys have a beautiful and blessed day be safe out there this coronavirus is real serious so I wish you guys really take it serious with dealing with customers I believe you guys should get hazard pay with dealing with so many people daily and due to the coronavirus
