I'm going to the Dunkin' donuts for the past 4 years maybe. Or so. Went to the driving ordered a black tea with one sugar. Also a multigrain with cheddar cheese and egg. Ended up with black coffee. And no cheddar cheese on my sandwich but that make believe yellow cheese. Day after I explained the woman she had messed up my order. And ordered the same thing. She charged me $7 and change and did not refund anything or any explanation. My card has been reloaded 14 times this year at $25 each time. You would think they would easily buy me a coffee and a bagel. There is no gratitude whatsoever of going to the same place day after day after day. I come with the same white pickup truck every day for the past 4 years they do know me. Oh well it is I guess what it is
I very unhappy with these cup.. stealing from the customers. ITS NOT RIGHT.. THIEVESRAISING PRICES AND STILL ROBBING THE CUSTOMERSMY MOM IS ELDERLY AND SHE LIKE BUYING HER COFFEE FRESH DAILY ALMOST 4.00 A CUP. VERY SADDD

The Hispanic lady always makes my coffee right and has a pleasant attitude however today I got a different person a young black women I returned the coffee cus it wasn’t how I ordered it and in her response she gave me decaf I’ve been drinking coffee for over 20yrs I know Decaf when I taste Decaf she clearly hates her job and hates serving costumers

I love Dunkin Donuts but you have to be careful which one you go to I frequent at least three or four of them in the one on Elm Street in West Haven they can't keep workers and they don't do your orders right I don't know why I don't know what's going on with them that used to be a really really good spot but they've gone
I go to this Dunkin every morning at 6:30am. Drive-thru! They are great! Very fast and kind service. They listen and deliver what you ask for. I have had terrible experiences at certain Dunkin’s so they deserve a 5 star review.
