I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was easily my worst experience at a dunkin, my order was incorrect I literally was ignores by workers for about 15 minutes before the person making food acknowledged me waiting. I will not be returning to this dunkin I can guarantee that.
Yesterday morning I was in town for a work related training,I stopped in this location for a frozen coffee and a coffee roll. I almost waited 10 minutes and they brought me my frozen coffee her fingers went in my drink and I asked for another one and the lady was nice and made me a fresh one. But by the time I received it my appetite was ruined. It is a no for me.
This is by far the worse dunkin I've ever gone to today June 13, 2022 I got a large ice coffee that should of been 4 butter pecan and decaf with 3 creams this the first time I've had a problem at the drive thru. And a donut that was rock hard, the service is terrible, where are the uniforms that other dunkins wear is the real question..
Waiting 20 min in drive threw for 2 ice coffees and 2 donuts. Whole time I am being rushed to be told to go park and wait another 15 min. With the girl being rude and acting like it's the customers doing this. Never will go back.

After waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, I decided to go inside. The employees lock the door (during business hours) so they don't have to deal with anyone inside while the line for the drive-thru is out to the street. If you're going to lock the door shouldn't there be faster service in the drive-thru? Extremely unprofessional & the owner of that franchise really needs to check in on the employees (and the consistent loitering in front of the store). At 9:30am why is the door locked and pathetically slow service in the drive-thru. There are many better franchises skip this one please.
Young girl with the dirty braids that work there in the evenings is just plain rude & disrespectful. If serving donuts & bagels made you that rude, you should quit. Besides, you’re going to need a job paying more money for that baby.
Me and my husband go to the Dunkin on whalley ave in new haven the only issue we have is the way my Carmel coffee is made there's only 3 girls there that can make it right everyone else messes it up
Too many bums hanging around here, but that's not Dunkin's fault. The ladies who work here are sweet and make up for it tho!
