Latte machine is always down so they say and today the kitchen was closed at 3:16pm!!!
Very convenient but not enough staff to deal with the non stop customers throughout the day. It makes no sense

disorganized and slow. ordered a sausage egg and cheese, the lady prepping them put cream cheese on it then realized her mistake, she looked over her shoulder at me then scrapped most of the cream cheese off back into the container and served it to me. also waited 15 minutes for my "midnight brew" hot coffee wich they forgot about until i reminded them. it was def not the coffee i ordered. if it was they heavily watered it down. idk know what was in that cup but it wasnt dark roast. there were 3 peopoe ahead of me yet all this still took a total of 20 minutes. how they are still operating i have no idea. not going here ever again. couldnt get one thing right. GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN.
First off the cashier and the entire staff had an attitude the whole time I was ordering. Didn’t tell me whipped cream was now extra. I paid $4 for this drink and they didn’t even fill it to the top! I’m so upset I wasted my money for this service
Very satisfied with my visit. The employee was quick to take and serve me my order which included both an ice coffee and food that were both custom to my liking and he made both successfully without any mistakes nor took any extra time either. So 5 stars definitely for this location.
It's an ok place, food was good, service was good, only thing is usually it's busy and lots of bums asking for change.
One of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in New Haven disrespectful guys work there the manager need give them more money Obviously they’re not happy working for min wage because that’s all u hear guys say kick them out
