Worst experience ever. Super understaffed. Usually I never have an issue when this younger lady is working but lately I’ve been encountering only this other gentleman who does not care at all about making everyone wait while he slumps around the place kicking cups that have fallen on the floor and not caring to pick them up. Management needs to do something about him because he is so rude and has a horrible attitude. No one’s forcing him to work there, don’t understand why he’s still there if he hates it so much.
Worst Dunkin Donuts ever the staff are horrible and lazy I figured I would give it one more shot cuz I was starving I sat there for 10 minutes while the staff was talking and flirting with customers eventually they realized they haven't even started my order they have no clue what's going on. Horrible, horrible place.
I was pleased that the shop had Boston Cream donuts today. .a rarity.Staff wearing a mask and gloves. However I had to ask her to wash her hands and change her gloves. (customers b4 me)
They made my food and coffee fast and it tasted great. I used the app to order and it was done even before I got there.
This is just another Dunkin Donuts, no better or worse then the next Dunkin Donuts. This Dunkin Donuts is a high volume one located right in downtown New Haven. One thing I found to be a nuisance about this particular Dunkin Donuts is that they have a bathroom that is "temporarily" (seems to be temporarily/permanently) closed. You can't even use it if you are a paying customer. Other than that, this Dunkin Donuts location has quick, friendly, and courteous employees.
I like this store, but for some reason I can't use my DD app to pay for anything. Fortunately the last time I was there, I had literally just enough cash on me, so my son and I were able to eat.
Wish I could give zero stars staff is extremely rude. I understand the Covid pandemic but nothing posted on the door saying masks are required, rather than providing a mask they kick you out. No nice reminder or informing you.
This location sucks. Two stars for the convenience of it being the only Dunkin downtown.. but the staff here seem miserable, and it seeps out in everything they do. Especially the older man. He has a horrible attitude. My drink is always nasty. I go out of my way to go to the nearby one on Chapel. They're far superior.
