Worst Dunkin’ ever, always have problems today was the worst, ordered a cake batter latte, I didn’t use the world “signature” so was given ice coffee, tried to state my case and was basically forced to take the coffee, refused to remake it, mistakes happen and it’s okay, but the girl/guy just stared at me. And these tards want 15 an hour?? Replace them all with machines
Had to go to another location because of terrible service here. The employee didn't acknowledge us when we came in. He was alone and there were literally 5 donuts on display, rest was EMPTY at 4:15 pm. When tried to order he told me he couldn't take it on the front register and couldn't pay in cash so we needed to use the kiosk. (He was indeed using the drive thru one that was literally 5 ft away). Seeing his unwillingness to work, we left.On the other hand the 500 Foxon Dunkin was a WHOLE DIFFERENT experience.They neither had the front register open but the lady took our order on the drive thru one and were able to pay that way. I have the app but my friend was inviting me and she wanted to use cash hence our desire to walk in.Since when a customer can't order and pay in the method they choose? Makes me wonder: ? what if someone has a disability and needs to have a human to human transaction, will they be turned away the same?
I normally buy my own Dunkin Donuts coffee and make it myself at home but today wasn't that day I ordered a muffin and they gave it to me heated with butter but when I got home it was burnt I should have checked before I pulled off in the Drive-Thru I'm so disappointed and Dunkin Donuts is my favorite police stop giving people burnt products nobody wants that
I wish 0 stars could be an options I live in the area and I’ve gone here for years the current status of this Dunkin location is the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve come here all the time after working a late night shift for a late night coffee, now whenever I go I see workers in the store but not taking orders. As I’m typing this I’ve been waiting at the drive thru for 15 minutes, and more cars are piling up behind me as the workers are on their phone when I get to the window. They turn all the store lights off to appear closed and they’re rude and tell everyone they’re out of everything even though I can clearly see a full rack of donuts. Was just told they don’t have anymore. I’ve worked as a GM in fast food for years if you don’t believe me just compare your late night sales to that of previous years and I bet you’ll notice a significant drop off. I hope they get it together here seriously

The staff here are amazing always but it’s really frustrating that they aren’t allowed to take tips- this isn’t fair! I want to tip the staff here when they do so well I don’t understand why the management here won’t let them take tips.

☝️Store dirty! The GM whenever you catch him is cool! The owner doesn’t know or care about his store! The current manager mistreats black workers! Rude to customers when they approach her with a complaint! I made a complaint a few months back all I was offered was a gift card or remake my order over! How about clean up! Adjust your attitude! Other morning I witness one of the employees yelling at another customer at the Drive thru window . Young lady then ran out as if to fight the customer! Very ghetto ! I seen one of their old employees at McDonalds she filled me in on a lot about that store ! I even seen a few employees at Walmart that no longer works there! Same story ! Lazy manager and She lets the Spanish employees do whatever and is hard on the black employees! I don’t support discrimination! My opinion bring back the old staff and the manager from about 3 years ago ! In the summer so many flies and bees by the DT speaker! Whatever happen to the guy manager Anthony? Very respectful young man ! Lastly the store says 24hours! Don’t go at 2am either they’re closed or ignore it! SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN OR FIND BETTER MANAGEMENT!
Been coming for years , Store was wonderful before the remodel, now different staff every other week. I still gave chances, food taste good, my drinks taste strange at times. Then I ran into my sons wife whom friend gave her this and she showed me this picture….along with other pictures ….now it all adds up ??
Very dirty!!! Don’t eat or drink here! The employees tell me all the time how horrible! The manager very rude! She is lazy you see her fat self wobble around ! Stay away from 294 you might get sick
