We ordered pizza yesterday night and it was not completely cooked inside. So we call the store regarding this and they told that manager was not there so they cant exchange our pizza and told us to call back next day. So we called the store next day and we got the same response like manager is not there and call us later and even when we are trying to say the issue they just told thank you and hung up on us. Worst customer service provided by them and the pizza was also very worst.
I had ordered 4 times from this store carry out they prepared well and food was hot customers service was great the employees who manages received me gentle over all experience was good

Horrible customer service literally sat in my face asking where my order was on screen and when I ordered it said they found it got quiet said a few word in there arab langauage and lied in my face and said they called me I don't know if new owners appreciate customers but I honestly see they but money more then making food I won't be spending money there no more PROMISE THAT
The food is fine but the delivery drivers have the nerve to ask for tips I deliver packages es for a delivery company and I have never asked for tips from my customers and I deliver items up to 150 pounds and these drivers only deliver food probably no more that’s 15 pounds. And the killer is if you tip them and they think it’s not enough they will tip themselves specially if you sign the receipt they will put the amount they want. It happened to me two times and I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card and change my numbers because of this abuse by the dominos delivery drivers
I LOVE THIS PLACE BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY FORCE YOU TO TIP THEM AND EVEN ASK YOU FOR THE TIP, LAST TIME I GAVE $3.00 TIP AND THEY ADDED $2.00 MORE IN THE RECEIPT THAT I FORGET TO SIGN..!! SO THEY TOOK $5.00 WITHOUT MY CONCERN..!! I LIKE TO TIP BUT ITS NOT MY OBLIGATION,..!
My order from the first time to the last1. Pick up, Got the order completely Wong despite it only being 2 things2. Delivery, Driver decided to tip himself and I only found out about it cause the manager of the restaurant called my phone number and asked did I tipped 20$ on a 29$ order.3. Delivery, and this one is my favorite. They robbed me, they some how charged me, cancel the charge, then Charge me twice for the same order.This is a domino's pizza on Whaley ave new haven ran by children, what do you think is gonna happen, in hindsight I should of known better.
The wings were barely cooked I had to recook them in my oven and the pizza was a thin crust veggie pizza and it was so soggy I had to put that in the oven and we cook that
I'm curious to know do you always send your driver with no change ?my first time in a long time I decided hey why not domino's nope never again pizza was warm wasn't hot and then your driver ask me if I wanted my change then when I replied yes now he has no change never again.
None of the employees were wearing gloves while preparing the food. Delivery drivers came straight into the restaurant and assisted the very same employees without washing their hands or wearing gloves ? I have video footage of this grossly run place if anyone wants to view it.
