The place was nice and clean customer service was great the cook messed my order up but he apologized and compensated me very well I would definitely recommend this place and I will go back again
They pretty much doubled the price of a large salsa few weeks ago was 5.25 now its 8.95. I get everything is going up but that's kinda crazy. Chips and salsa are part of the meal for me, not just the one little cup you get with it. Guess it's time to find a new place, no way anyone is going to pay almost 10 after taxes for 16oz of SALSA!! Food is just ok nothing to write home about but it's also inconsistent. I'll spend my money at Camacho Garage way better food.
Terrible. My first time trying this restaurant. Ordered on Uber eats at 8pm. Order wasn’t made until 9pm. Uber driver was waiting outside the restaurant for 40 minutes. Uber driver was great took him 10 minutes to deliver to me. Opened my food and it looked like my food was thrown in the containers. Along with the long wait time and the fact that my food was poorly served the food also had zero flavor.
Bad service, closed earlier than honoring their posted closed time which is 10pm. Arrived at 8:40pm. They said close time is now 9pm during the week. Update your time on social media apps!!
I ordered chicken enchiladas with black beans and rice.The chicken was very dry,no taste at all. The only thing I could taste was the salsa on top.The rice was clumped together,I definitely feel like I just wasted money!! Everything was cold!
Much better quality and creativity than typical Mexican! The sweet potato tacos are my favorite.
Ordered via ubereatsPortions were small for the price. We found the tacos dry and not that flavourful. Overall, our group was pretty disappointed. They didn’t remotely give enough chips for our large guacamole either which kinda sucked? I would order elsewhere if you’re craving Mexican ??
This was not one of my better experiences here. My steak burrito was tough and the pieces of steak were cut too big. sorry but the rice was also hard. Couldn't tell whether it was over or under cooked. Again sorry cause I am a regular
Not a fan of their new rule of charging $.50 per salsa after the one that is included for each food item. When asked why. The cashier told me it was "because customers abuse the salsa". If that was the case, why would Cilantro then decide after only one salsa per food item, is now "abuse"? I used to eat there once a week, but if they are going to start increasing their profit margins like some fast food chain and punish the customers for asking for more "sauce", I'm going to have to stop frequenting this place.
We ordered from Cilantro every week for nearly a year, but will never go back. 1. They still use Styrofoam; 2. One of the staff members made fun of me for ordering chicken enchiladas with beans instead of chicken - this was our fix because they don't have a lot of vegetarian options - when I defended myself he got super-aggressive; 3. The guys behind the counter hit on my 14-year-old daughter. She only told me this after I'd had the altercation with the staff member about my vegetarian order, or I would have stopped then. Ew.
