Worst chipotle in the state hands down. Every single employee there is so rude and disrespectful. Sat there and waited over 20 minutes to pick up an online order as I watched them service over 10-15 people who came in after me. When I asked for the third time about my order I was more or less told to f myself. Walked out the door and canceled the order. Don’t waste your time with this establishment or the people inside because you will be treated much better almost anywhere else. Most of the taco trucks on long wharf have way better food anyway for better prices.
For two bowels and two Coca-Cola, they charged me for $25. I didn't pay attention to the total at a time of paying, because I was parking my car next to the bar and wasn't good parking, but I thought she will include the receipt. When I got home I didn't see the receipt included and yet I don't know why I'm charged 25++!I'll never ever go to them again.
my friends and i got new haven chipotle tonight and it usually is mediocre but tonight it was unacceptable and honestly disgusting . the rice was mushy/overcooked and had no salt in it , the chicken was poorly spiced and was extremely tough , and on top of that i tasted hair in my food twice . the staff was also rude upon entering and made us wait super long before serving us (despite there being 3 employees and no customers in the store) it keeps getting worse i’m constantly disappointed . sticking to the hamden one
Chipotle corporate is killing their brand by leaving places like this open honestly. Nothing new to add to the other reviewers, except it’s actually worse than the reviews made it sound.
I always am a big fan of Chipotle , as an international student from the Indian subcontinent, I feel Chipotle brings memories of home-style chat food. The branch at downtown new haven was extremely fast and delicious. The staff were kind enough to serve us with ample quantity, satisfying our hungry stomachs. Go here get a rice bowl , order all the topings you can and have a blast.
These people are absolutely amazing! They’re always freshly making the food! Even before they run out of food, they’re calling for more food to be made! Hey backup for the backup lol! Love you guys keep up the good work
Missing ingredients every time I walk in 2 hours prior to closing, with no intention of making more food that night. This has happened my last 4 visits, with the last one being the worst: missing rice, beans, cheese, meats, and more.If the food is available, it's good, but just too unreliable.
I love chipotle but this time it was the worst food I had in a long time. I paid 16 dollars for cold tasteless overcooked chicken salad, they didn't have the regular sides or dressing and the lettuce was almost black. Last time for me!!!
At not one point of me visiting this place for food could everything be working or they have all the food they should have. They’re always out of something and if not the food is undercooked mainly the rice and at least once a week their card machine goes down like bruh. I’ve never been to worse chipotle in my life
They really act like the chicken is coming out of their paycheck here. I payed for extra chicken, and didn’t even get extra. Since I had it delivered I couldn’t even complain or get a refund. Very stingy and weird smh
