NEVER want to come back! Had a bad attitude from the manager and one of the employees! Its so unprofessional to tell a customer they cant help you out with an order they messed up on! And then throw the food around.... its not appropriate!
They forgot fries, which was the first thing I ordered. I had to go in after going through the drive through.

This is the worst place I ever been to the service is bad the manager is rude they close early and don’t let people know that they’re closed, they ignore customers and I will be calling the district manager to complain there too! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND, they should just close down, honestly
good ace to grab some fast grub just make sure its not at night cause they have a tendency to run out of key items.
Place needs new management and an entirely new staff. Every single time I order it’s nothing but issuesI mean this in a loving way I really do. But please purge the entirety of the staff and start over. I know you mean well and are just trying to get by like the rest of us. But for the love of god please take pride in your job and doublecheck orders.

This particular BK has one of the worst customer service polices or management in the industry. They are extremely slow, unfriendly and uncaring of their customers. I won't be going back.
