Food is decent but extremely slow service. They don't fill orders in consecutive order so it takes an hour just to get everything. And it's slow to come out even if we call ahead. They take a bunch of online orders and leave people sitting at the restaurant hanging out for an hour. Short staffed and poorly managed
Second time ordering from here and I probably won't again. The wings so small with barley any meat and sauce. The website goes out of it way to provide customized orders like xtra wet xtra crispy only flats ect. I checked and paid for all of these and recieved none. Its like they didn't even look at that part. Asked for honey mustard on side and it came on the tenders. Just moved out to New Britain and have been trying to find the best wings and everything so far is disappointing, I figure for sure the restaurant with the word *Wing* in it will get it right, and unfortunately not. The fries and shake were good though
I enjoyed their wings, but the tenders were not good. The tenders are too big, not enjoyable to eat at all. I was expecting bite sized juicy tenders like at wings over. Service, fries and other things were great.
When covid started last year, I came across wing it on from door dash. So I figured I would try them since I got sick of the usual places near me, I live in Plainville, so don't want to mention places. Plus the quality I used to get from the Plainville places wasn't the same as it used to be. So I tried wing it on from New Britain. All I can say is OMG. There food was so good and tasty along with the sauce they used. The wings on top of fries and sandwiches, beyond words.even my fiancé was like OMG, it's so good. Granted I hated paying almost twice as more but in long run worth it. I recently took a break from them because of fiance reasons. But if they had their own delivery service, they would know me by name by now. Awesome food
Quite the unexpected find, but this little wing place makes a good chicken sandwich. Definitely the sort of place I can see myself visiting again.
Slammin food! The shakes are alright, but the rest was great. Just don't get dry rub if you don't want your wings to be really dry.??
Had the crispy thigh wings and they weren’t cooked all the way. Flavor was pretty good but the chicken was not good.Although my friend did have the Chic Flair sandwich and he loved it.Overall pretty good just wouldn’t recommend the crispy thigh wings.
The wings here are delicious!! I love the raging garlic the most but they have a variety of flavors to fit your taste profile ! The staff is also friendly and welcoming. Parking is convenient as well. Definitely coming back!
I love the boneless wings, they are twice the size of anyplace else and the Honey Mustard sauce is my favorite, not spicy but full of flavor. The people at the New Britain store are fast and very pleasant, highly recommend this location
Best chicken in New Britain! Wide variety of signature sauces makes the different trips to eat at this establishment a new experience each time. 10000% recommended!
