This is possibly one of the worst Taco Bell locations that I have ever visited. The store is lackluster at best. It could stand to be a bit cleaner. The door slams like a bank vault, and every time somebody exits or enters it makes me want to hit the deck. It sounded like I was being shot it. Not only that, but the service is absolutely horrible. I waited 45 minutes for a gordita crunch, a 5 layer burrito, and a drink. 45 long slow, gunshot minutes. If you have any other option to visit a location or eat somewhere else I highly recommend that you do, because you will be utterly disappointed with this location. The corporation needs to intervene here because this is a complete and utter debacle. However, there is one shining star among the darkness and that is the customer service. I was treated very nicely by a middle-age black lady there, she did absolutely everything she could to satisfy me and a lot of what happened was not her fault, so I do give them an additional star instead of just one because of that.
Long line of cars it took and hour to get our food and we have to turn back because it was a Door Dash Order, when we brought the order back the cashier Apologized and gave us a coupon for tacos, they should have more Personal for the night time to morning shift because that's when it gets really busy And the same happens in Chelsea Massachusetts.
This place used to be good. Today,30 minutes for a taco and a burrito and still didn't get my food. Strongly sugest owners to make a change in the management. After wasting my whole break they said have a nice day.
Food is good, workers are friendly. Only reason it's not a 5* is because I've had a few wrong orders, and common for drive thru system to be down.
So I tried to apply here but the hiring manager wasn't here, so I asked one of the cashiers, he was very nice, he showed me to the sign and told me to go to the website shown on it to apply, he was so nice I ordered food too, receipt says Brandon but it's blurry, I am giving a star less because it's been a few weeks since applying and because the printer sucks, I been back there a few times now nobody here to interview me and still cheap printer, please fix this issue.
Food was good, employees did their job and got my food in a reasonable amount of time.
The food is usually good when I order from here. Customer service in-store could be way better and also….PLEASE STOP PUTTING THE STICKERS ON THE CUPS ESPECIALLY ON TOP OF THE CAP. It leaves the wet and sticky glue on there.
I've seen these restaurants run with four employees and still provide great service, but lately it's disappointing coming here and see the waste of labor in these GF stores.
Fantastic prices and portions with an attentive staff. The downside to this location is the tremendous amount of drug addicts being loud or sleeping in the dining room. Do yourself a favor and use the drive-thru only.
Food was good but sloppy and just tossed in the bag with no care.. the service provided by the lady at the window was sub par.She rushed everyone over the com, when I pulled up she was on a personal phone call with a friend that was cussing all over. The phone was loud enough for me to hear every word. The girl said she hadn't even been punched in for an hour ?. 2/3/22 @2:33pm just in case management wants to look into it
