So on their receipt they have an offer if you fill out a survey for a 2 piece free if you buy a large drink. Good luck with these incompetent employees manager went to her office never returned after long wait 30 minutes asked employee what was the problem they said that they were waiting on a call from a district manager to approve the coupon. I asked for the receipt and left maybe one of their other stores know to do their job.
Beware!! I have been going to this Popeye's for years but it has now started to go down hill. After today I may not eat there anymore. My wife and I went through the drive though and had to wait at the speaker for a good 5 minutes before they took our order. after we payed and received our bag my wife always checks to make sure everything is there. They had missed part of my order so inside I went. The girl at the counter was helping other people so I waited my turn again. She proceeded to have to ask the people in front of me what they ordered 4 times and she still forgot something. I had to finally get the attention of another employee to fix MY order.
I decided to buy lunch at Popeye’s for my 30 minutes lunch. I pulled up to drive thru and there was 5 cars in front of me. It took me 45 minutes to get my food. I asked if they had cajun rice and they replied “yes we have cajun rice” I ordered a large cajun rice with popcorn shrimp and 2 cheesecake pies. When i get to the window i was told they don’t have cajun rice. So i had to settle for rice and beans. I was not given a receipt for my order either. I got my order at 9:30pm from when i got into drive-thru at 8:45pm. The lady that tended to me was very nice, but it seemed like she was the only one running around while 3 other male employees were casually talking and blasting music. They had the main dining area close as well as I noticed several potential customers walk to the door and walk away. As for me i will NEVER return to this location. Complete failure of systems.
Waited in Drive thru line 25min before took my order. Than another 15min to get to window and the guy didn't know what I ordered so had to wait even longer. Worse service ever.
Worst place ever! The entire staff was going in out of the back door and getting into a black Honda to smoke. I went into the restaurant after waiting for over 30 minutes for my food and they forgot to cook more chicken. As I waited, the manager grabbed a piece of chicken from the pile of chicken, bit into it and stated it was good and tossed the rest of it out and continued to serve food without washing her hands. The staff was not interested in assisting customers because they were too busy joking around. 06/13/2022 8:30pm was when I was at this location.
Shrine felt like it was sitting out all day it was dry and no moisture. Chicken sandwich was better but still didn't taste fresh. They forgot my order and I had to wait forever because they were chatting with someone in the drivethrough. Disappointing.
Rude service, food is 50/50 fresh or old. If you go after 8pm they typically are out of fries, chicken sandwich or nuggets. Only options of side means cheese, potato biscuit.Where is management?
This is by far the worst Popeyes, the guy taking care of us was rude, literally cutting us off while we were ordering. He rushed us and on top of that gave us a blank receipt and told my husband that if he wanted a copy of what we paid to give him his cell phone so he can snap a pic of the screen on the register. Didn’t even care to add the biscuits to our order. So sad that because of bad customer service people stop supporting these businesses.
I rather leave no stars at all, get better employees or shut this place down. I love Popeyes & if you love Popeyes like me I don’t think u should come to this location. Rude inconsiderate nasty employee's
Make sure you have a lot of time at the drive thru.
