Ordered a "Giant" meatball grinder with extra meat and extra cheese. What they delivered is too small by HALF compared to what they used to be.. I'm hoping this is someone being too lazy to properly fill a ticket rather than an example of what they will be serving from now on.. and if this has the "extra" fillings I paid for, I fear what they serve without...
Used to be best wings and pizza around now I couldn't even tell you can't get an order in they tell me im not in delivery area or they don't have a driver even after they once didn't deliver or reimburse me for that order idk what's going on but hopefully all the issues get resolved.
Placed an order for delivery, was told 30 to 45 min. Waited over 1 1/2 hours tried calling multiple times no answer. When food was finally delivered it was cold.. Worst service and food ever. Would never order from again!!!! If I could give no stars I would!!
never ordering from here again.. food was great but this is the second time I had problems… then wake up too a 45$ charge…
Used to order from here pretty regularly but in the past 6 months or so has gone extremely downhill. We ordered tonight and as I was ordering online I was thinking it was a bad idea. Received our order and the sandwich once again was missing cheese (other times it has been missing bacon or other items). The jalapeño poppers came with some kind of weird orange sauce instead of sour cream. By mistake I ordered a half instead of a whole, so before I checked my email, I called the restaurant. The woman answering the phone was extremely curt and rude. I understand this was my mistake, however I was not rude and have been in the restaurant industry for 15 years. This was extremely unappreciated. Won’t be ordering again. Should’ve known better to begin with.
Do not order from this place!!!order wings and hamburder they said 30min.after 50min call this place ask how long?he said we cancell yours order then and hung up.i called again to ask to get my refund they never picked phone again.they never send me a refund!!!
We got a pizza that was way undercooked.so we called and the lady was super rude.i mean really rude.then they wouldn't give us our money back.Never order from there.
We have ordered a few times from here and the food was good.. recently tried to order on 2 separate occasions online, once through the door dash app and once through the Slice app both times the order is canceled.. probably never order from here again...
Customer service here is beyond rude. manager was obnoxious and none empathetic for the horrible service.
