Customer service was not good. The woman that waited on me had attitude right from the beginning. She rushed us to make our order and the food wasn’t even the best I’ve had. Some of the rice was hard and it was greasy. I usually don’t do bad reviews but this was my first time at the restaurant and it was recommended from a family member. I was very disappointed.
I ordered a drink and some alcapurria bites along with a order of rice and beans and pork chop. I never received the drink or the bites and I was charged for both itemsNot good business especially it was my first time buying from them.
The customer service here is horrible! You walk in and no one greets you or even acknowledges you. I came in and the girls behind the glass where complaining about someone leaving work early for 5 minutes before even looking at me! Then they tell me they have no rice at 8pm … the restaurant closes at 10. So what am I supposed to order a meat bowl? Lol and the meat all looked stale and old! Disappointing.This place is going down hill just like the staff that works there.
This restaurant hands down is the best mofongo chain in CT like I have had the pleasure and delight of ordering and eating from each different location and finally had the chance to go in the new Britain location as I was staying in the area and when I tell u that the aroma when u first walk in is like it teases u to follow it further in until u reach the register where u are warmly greeted as of u where a cousin stopping over for a hot plate and then u are guided as to what ur options are and u have a choice of one of 2 rices with 2 meats of which u have many choices including shrimp they also ha e drinks in a cooler the prices are reasonable
My fourth time going to this restaurant. Each time the rice gets more tasteless and gummy. The fried pork is way too salty. Guess I have to find another restaurant for spanish cuisine.
I had this delivered. Perhaps they were out of the dressing I ordered with this salad (the one included in the description of this salad). So they sent me FOUR other dressings that I did NOT order.But I ordered this BECAUSE of the dressing. They should have called me to ASK what I wanted. I would have chosen a different menu item—not this salad (which was actually pretty gross).We live way out in the country & never have the opportunity to order delivery. But my experience using delivery is universally terrible. I don’t know how any restaurant will survive such poor customer service. In my rural area, businesses still care about customer service. If they don’t, they go out of business quickly. Too bad so many people in the city are willing to put up with it.
I believe it was Alexandria and Danielle working Tuesday night and I must say their customer service is impressive. I had a difficult order and both ladies were patient plus answered all of my questions. When I went to pickup my order and there was a mistake, they fixed it without any issues. Great workers with great attitudes
First time very excited could not wait to come here. Unfortunately what a disappointment had yellow rice that had tooooooo much sazon and pork that just didn't taste right.. Didn't have to many options I asked for other stuff and they didn't have any.. overall I will NOT BE RETURNING.. WHEN ASKED HOW WAS THE FOOD IT WAS ALRIGHT DIDN'T WANT TO HURT THEIR FEELINGS
Love everything about Mofongo. The staff is super friendly and attentive and the food is AMAZING! The empanadas are delicious and the mango habanero chicken bowl is out of this world. Had an issue with something being left out of my order, but the staff was super friendly, not upset and took care of getting the missed item without being inconvenienced. Highly Recommend!
This our favorite place to go when we want take out. The food is so amazing and service is always friendly. We always end up talking to them while waiting. Since opening in Parkville they have run out of things but seems like they have a better handle now. Worth the wait to get their food!
