Great coffee shop! The coffee is really good and the staff is great! Highly recommend stopping in. High speed internet so easy to do work, and such a great place to hang out in.

Humberto (the owner) is one of the most authentic and genuine business owners I have met. His passion for coffee and people are unparalleled. Miel Coffee is calculated and they pursue excellence through precise measurements to assure quality and consistency always. We drove through here while on a road trip and I wish we lived in New Britain so we could enjoy this quality experience every day. Thank you Miel Coffee!
As someone who loves speciality coffee, it is so nice having a place like this in New Britain. My first time here I had the Miel latte, and dreamt about it for days afterwards because it was so good. I now come here all the time, and love coming to sit by the window sipping on a cafe Miel. The downtown area is really nice and it’s easy to find parking. Staff here are friendly, and it’s a great atmosphere inside. This will continue to be my regular spot!
Incredible place! Coffee is delicious and atmosphere is wonderful. It’s sad to see people ranking it low because someone has a different opinion than them. Just because it’s not your opinion doesn’t mean we can’t commune together in the same coffee shop. Hoping one day we can get to the point of being able to sit down at the same table and talk through beliefs.

Miel is an absolute gem in New Britain! Amazing coffee, awesome atmosphere and the staff is stop notch. Order the Cafe Miel (their signature cinnamon latte) with the nonhomogenized milk (which completely separates them from the pack). 10/10!!
The quality of coffee was amazing. The fact they use raw, good ingredients and use honey as a sweetener, is something I’ve never seen before. They also choose the best oat milk without the weird oils in it. The aesthetic ?
This place is amazing!!! Hands down best lattes around! Staff is incredible very welcoming and knowledgeable. The only down fall since visiting Miel is now I don’t want to buy coffee from anywhere else since experiencing the difference in quality, taste , texture it pretty much ruined my ability to get coffee elsewhere! Do yourself a favor check this place out you will not be disappointed!!!

A must visit!!!The decor is incredible, coffee is delicious and the service is amazing.I tried their signature latte and it tasted as good as it looked.Their focus is on being real/authentic which can be seen from the food to the coffee to the decor to the customer service.There is ample lounge seating, bar seating, tables and booths and even a pool table! Perfect place to meet friends, go on a date, hang out at the bar, grab a quick drink/bite to eat or do work and study!
