Was good but the cashier was throwing balled up papers at the guys cooking in the back and it could have gone in our food being made to order. The fries were perfect and fresh which is a nice change. The manager seemed nice enough and had no prob throwing in an extra sauce packet so we didn't have to get back in line again. I was very pleased the food tasted good also and the fries weren't pulled too quick it was a good experience
earlier around 11:30 pm, I used a McDonald’s meal for 20 pc nuggets for two free fries. Had no issues about my order until I get my food and see I have my fries but no nuggets. I ask the lady my spicy nuggets are missing, she said “ we don’t have them today so you didn’t get charged for them”. I didn’t get charged for nuggets but I got charged for the fries that were supposed to come with the deal lol, they never asked if I take a regular 20 pc nuggets then spicy. Very inconsiderate and dismissive.
At 11pm at night I wouldn't expect the service that I received. The drive thru line was a 20 minute wait because it was so busy. The inside is closed due to remodeling. The employees were absolutely amazing, nice, friendly you name it they were the best!!! The burger and fries were perfect. The employees working last night May 16th deserve serious recognition for their service. The next time I'm craving a burger late at night after work I know where I'll be going!! ?
Very pleasant employees in the drive thru windows, quick service, fresh food and always nice to start off my day on the right foot and pleasant experience. I always drive across town to this McDonald's just because it makes a difference when treated with great customer service and a smile.
All had an attitude, even the managers. 1st time ever entering a fast food place I wanted to enter the other side.... ?
I love McDonald's for a quick bite every now and then. My only criticism is that I ordered 2 filet of fish with NO tartar sauce. I asked if I could have it on the side instead. When I got my order I saw the tarter sauce in a little cup so I thought I was all set but guess what I got when I opened my filet of fish box? 2 filet of fish WITH tartar sauce. Come on people where are your listening skills? Some people have allergies. But I have to say that the filet of fish were delicious ? They really hit the spot!
Once you’ve seen one McDonald’s, usually you’ve seen them all. However I must speak up about this one because I like the management team and they’re proactivity towards unruly teenagers who tend to harass patrons. My last visit I was treated with courtesy and the service was expeditious. While I was there there were some unruly teenagers who were making noises and movingall around the lobby. Basically being very disrespectful to the customers and staff as well. At this point one of the managers asserted her authority and expunged all of the hoodlums out of the store. I admire her Courage and steadfastness and making sure that the inside environment of the McDonald’s stay safe and comfortable for the patrons. Kudos to the management team at that McDonald’s.
Terrible they don't know how to make coffee, one would ask for light and sweet five sugar and cream they give the opposite food Terrible. Place needs to train some of it's staff better as well as customer service.
Went on drive thru many times and their service is top notch as always! ?
Sometimes get my order wrong but very patient and always good attitudes for me ❤️
