Very rude! Took my order at 10pm, said they closing soon, and called back saying they close at 10! How the heck! Why take my order, call to say it’s done, then tell me you can’t wait not even ten Minutes. And the website they have says they close at 10:30 pm NOT TEN! I waisted my dinner break on them, now I have nothing for dinner tonight when they could’ve easily said no! I work a ten hour shift and don’t leave till 2:30am. Just darn wonderful! ???
Good food and very fast, professional staff. It's not the best Chinese food, but it's definitely good. Also, the prices are fair for the portion sizes. I've ordered food from here twice, and will definitely do so again. The staff is impressive.
I ordered from here a few times already.Usually they are pretty good and I would give five stars...Aside from the fact that I got food poisoning after ordering general tso's chicken.I had a few problems before with my meat being undercooked.. but like I said usually I order from here..It's been about a week now and I'm still suffering from the food poisoning...I haven't been able to eat anything else... And I've been vomiting every day since.I otherwise would recommend however please be careful ordering from places like this..It could be due to poor hygiene, and poor food management.So please be careful y'all!
Okay so I frequently order from here, my kid loves Chinese food. , today the lady gave me ridiculous prices and told me the prices suddenly went up and it’s also now $1 to pay with my card instead of .50 which is okay, I’m not complaining it’s a business I understand, either way I can still afford it, they may want to update your menus though, as soon as I get ready to read my card number she says “how about you pay with cash” & hung up on me. At this point, I didn’t even want the food because that was unprofessional. I tried to call back to cancel my order, no answer. I called again, no answer. Again, and again. And again each time no answer. I waited a while, she finally answered with no valid excuse as to why she hung up in my face so I told her I want to cancel my order she hung up on me again. I don’t know if she heard me or not but I’m not pay for the food if it’s arrives. No Chinese food in New Britain is good enough for them to be giving their customers attitudes.
It’s okay not what I thought it would be from the other reviews. Rice had a stale old taste to it . And the chicken I got was cold on the bottom. Lo mein and egg roll were okay but nothing to rave about. Prob won’t order from here again .
I really don’t appreciate getting charge for shrimp and not get them, and it was a $60 order I did. Not going to order there no more.
The food is good like every other chinese food in new Britain I’m a truck driver who eat out everyday so I like to try new places excuse me I don’t use periods I’m not a professional foody so you get what you get when I review I ordered the general Tso chicken with shrimp fried rice it has a lot of onion which looks like that’s the only veg in the rice the general that I order isn’t spicy I love the fact that I was able to choose it spicy or not
HANDS DOWN!!!! The best Chinese food in the area, even surrounding areas in my opinion. As a New Britain native, this place has always been the place to order from. Hardy portions, perfectly cooked and seasoned. I can understand the people’s concerns with pricing but with inflation and how the economy is doing right now, I think they are still providing great food within reason. I’ve moved out of New Britain and I have to say this is STILL my favorite spot to order from. Give them a try I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The best Chinese food in new Britain. For people complaining about price, you need to realize you’re getting way better quality food than any other place around. Everything is better quality than any other place I’ve tried.
