0 for customer service. Food was average. Take out only which is fine but the door says that you can eat in
I love HWIII, been going there for 20 years, they are the BEST!
Just moved to New britain and decided to give this place a shot. Ordered spare ribs with pork fried rice. The rice was OK but the ribs were burn. Also ordered some fried chicken and it was not bad. I decided to give them another try 2 weeks later with exactly same results. Spare ribs were burnt.
Always high quality! Very tasty and nicely cooked! Decent portions! Good people!

Tried this place for the first time tonight and I’m disgusted before even eating the food. First off they messed up my entire order. When I paid they didn’t give me any change back I even asked for my change back and they pretended like they didn’t hear me and like they didn’t know what I was saying. That was a 50% tip for them right there that they just gave to themselves. Never going back.

Food is okay i guess but i asked for no veggies/rice in my orange chicken and an order of steamed chicken for my daughter and they charged me for extra meat in both orders, Which we did not ask for and they never told me they were doing this. Feel like we got ripped off and was extremely irritated. Definitely not coming back here
