They are extremely busy on a Saturday morning but the positive attitude of the employees made the wait worthwhile. I was actually surprised at how good our drinks came out considering how busy they were, a lot of pressure but they did a great job.
The last 4 times I have gone they have gotten the order wrong. Two iced coffees one with French vanilla and oat milk the other light and sweet. Better off driving 1/2 mile down the road to another location
I’ve been to this store on many occasions and the coffee is always mostly water you can never taste the coffee. I’ve voice my opinion and nothing was fixed I mean you can taste the difference from this store compared to other Dunkin’ Donuts.Hopefully Managment sees this and makes some changes my experience here is horrible
Dunkin is my last resort when I run out of Death Wish....but they're still over priced
Drive ? thru. Fast & efficient, coffee ☕️ was excellent. Starting to get too pricey but so is everywhere else. Bring back Trump.....
Usually go there with my daughter to get breakfast and ice coffee. On Valentine's day my hubby and I went for the heart shaped donuts and one regular coffee and I got an ice coffee with Almond milk.By the time I drank it I noticed that it was very dark not creamy..and once I stirred it tasted like burnt coffee with ice.Didn't have time to go back, my hubby said his coffee tasted burnt as well. Very disappointed ?.
Always enjoy their donuts.
One of the workers can't make coffee very rude to the customer swearing mixing up coffee and orders very unorganized
Very lousy customer service. My order was $12.08 and I gave the cashier $12.10 and she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted my two pennies back! I told her, "of course I do I worked for my money"! If I was a few cents short they wouldn't let my order slide! DON'T GO TO THIS DUNKIN YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY ABOUT IT! YOU'RE BETTER OFF GETTING A COFFEE FROM MCDONALD'S RIGHT NEXT DOOR. OR EVEN THE GAS STATION BECAUSE THEY ARE WAY MORE FRIENDLIER AND WOULD NEVER ASK YOU IF YOU WANTED YOUR CHANGE BACK!! SICKENING!!!!
Went there today to get some donuts and the girl behind the counter that put your order together is texting on her phone with gloves on and putting donuts in the bag, very disappointed/discussed I hope management see this post and puts a stop to the poor action of the kind
