God where do I begin…..I guess the worst part is that the manager actively hates on the go orders and makes a fuss about it loudly in the store and then takes it out on the employees. This is also the only Dunkin I have ever been to where I was told I have to tell them I have entered the store before they start making my on the go order. They charge about $1 for water which should be free even when purchasing food or drink. The manager actively advertises his tree removal business at the drive thru by using a lawn sign. Everyone there hates working there. It’s overall a terrible experience. This review has been written after ordering from this Dunkin well over 50 times if not far more.
I’m from out of town and ordered a breakfast sandwich and iced drink. Service wasn’t friendly and the sandwich wasn’t even cooked properly. (cheese was cold, sausage was tough and chewy). Unsatisfied.
For some reason they are always rude here seems to be a negative vibe in general at this Dunkin’ would not recommend to anyone
Every time I go to this location lately my order is messed up something tastes nasty or I get told I can get something then I get to the window and I get told that there is none left I am so sick of this it’s gotten very annoying
Very nice dunkin. The staff is pleasant.I ordered ahead of time via mobile order. My food was cold because i got there late, and the staff made the food again so it was pipin' hot!Staff is very accomodable.Very happy.Also conveniently placed INSIDE the gas station.
Took the order correctly. Sticker printed correctly. COFFEE STILL PREPARED WRONG! RUINED MY MORNING. You cannot ruin a person's coffee, that's the reason for your existence!!
Come here evey morning before work. The store itself is great. And the counter staff are always in good spirits and tend to have my stuff out on the counter before I even walk up to pay.The Dunkin tho, tsk tsk. Service can be slow. But the poor guy working alone back behind isn't to blame. He's alone. And always very busy. So I typically skip the coffee as I don't have time to wait. Sorry.But I still give it 5 because it's always great coffee and good food!And when I do get the staffs attention. They are always in good spirits.So give the poor counter guy some help!Cheers
Not much selection late but get a bkfst sandwich made frssh...dont forget the tip!

The very beginning of route 6 Dunkin donuts the workers in there are not the best as for customer service skills... They aren't the greatest either as to (no will that be all or have a great day...) I've learned working customer service at Cumberland farms to ask will that be all or can I get you anything else today... But to each their own right... Ik fast food places ain't easy. For sure. Just lil more polite would get you tips?
