They didn't have the flavor that I wanted, I had to tell her my order a total of four times.. and she was still confused about it. Overall it was just a very unpleasant experience.
Slow service! Line is so long blocking traffic on the main road. Claimed system is down on Nov 20 @ 130 pm. No more orders. Always making mistakes on my order. Have to go back all the time to get correct order. Too many choices in the area. Not going to return to this location
Big girl in drive thru at opening time is the most hostile worker I legit have very encountered. Makes me want to go inside and smack her. Her attitude is horrible, handling stuff like she wants to break it and talking like she hates her entire life. That’s not my problem though she can quit any time. (11-18-2021 5:40am)
I have been coming here every morning Monday-Friday for the past eight years always great and friendly staff and always quick service.
I have given this Dunkin several chances and I have had to go back several times from drive thru orders. What is happening with good old fashioned customer care? most Consumers these days put up with anything for convenience and quick service and businesses are making a killing for the same cost or higher for less of everything especially customer service. Without the consumer these business will not survive. Again today there were issues with order. There is obviously no one doing quality control in regard to what the employees are doing. The girl who took order for drive thru...very pleasant and whoever made my drink (on point) are the only reason they got 2 stars. The guy at window of drive thru was miserable, mumbled at the window, barely interacted and didn't even check the bag. When I went back, owner or manager at a table, manager behind the counter and neither got involved although there was obviously a problem with the order and a bunch of kids were dealing with it, shameful. Check, check and double check your orders or be ready for incomplete or missing items.
This dunkin donuts I dont like at all second time and maybe last one. Staff very rude, you ask for something they said no we dont have no even apologize very nasty personality.
I hit the trifecta at this store. Poor service + poor coffee + poor attitude. The employee slammed the drive thru window on me. No wonder the owner doesn’t post their phone number here as they do everywhere else. If I had the number I’d be calling them right now. Threw the coffee away immediately because I assumed they had spit in it. Don’t waste your time.

What terrible customer service. The young man was kind but the manager the skinny chick that works the early hours of morning sooo rude she looked right at me and didnt stop her conversation about how she made pasta sauce and how her food was "bangin" and still wouldnt take my order. She waited for the other guy to come out from what he was doing with the donuts to ask me my order. It was sad. She acts like she should do nothing but the tiniest coffee maybe and others do everything else. I feel bad for the workers to have to do extra.... and as i was walking out bc i didnt say thank you she yelled youre welcome... like she actually deserved it. But these people want 15 dollars an hour .... ? no way deserved
Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes and this is a drive thru only store. Took my order and when I got to the window they told me they didn’t have my stuff. I don’t even know why it’s open.
