The girl that makes the food has no hair net on getting little pieces of hair all over your food also there is no organization I was waiting in line for 25 minutes because they kept getting everybody's order wrong
this is one of the worst dunkin's i have ever been to. i went to get a single coffee abs they were not even busy 2 people in the drive thru and it took almost 30 minutes and they gave me the wrong coffee and when i went inside to get it fixed it took almost another 10 minutes.
Very unprofessional and rude they have to teach customer service skills to there employees workers on drive up window are very ghetto with her don’t care about customer attitude sad people have to take out there personal problems on paying customers smh

The new remodel location is not like the old DD, slow service, and my coffee is never full like it used to be. This place need to change if I’m ever coming back here.
My review is about the new Dunking Donuts attached to the Noble gas station. This is a soulless place, loud music, get your coffee and get out Vives, there we’re neighbors opposed to this place, but at a meeting with the community and members of the common council Mr. Frisbee, one off the partners in this enterprise, said it was going to be a community friendly place, what a liar this man is !!
I’ve been to the new, remodeled location 3 times and each time I’ve been less than happy. Hash browns are always over cooked and hockey puck like or undercooked and starchy. They barely use seasoning on the avocado toast but today what I received was just completely unacceptable. It does not even look edible. I’m very upset.10/29 update: I went today and asked for avocado toast and got avocado toast with bacon and I don’t eat pork. This is honestly ridiculous and I’ll never be returning to this location. Listening to customers is so big. I have now wasted my money twice.

Unsatisfied... I go every day. Today I receive this a BURN SANDWICH. I call the store and the manager say"Sorry I can't help you there. We have a broken toaster." If he knew the toaster was broken WHY! He or the employees says something. Truly sad that this happen
Burnt food and orders not done right, I won't be going back
